1 GENERAL GUIDELINES All prices in this Price List are given in net amount, excluding VAT, and expressed in. The value in is calculated using the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) on the payment date. All prices are subject to VAT at the general applicable rate. A deer trophy price is calculated based on the weight of the trophy expressed in kilograms, except for trophies in the gold medal (210 CIC points and more) whose price is calculated based on CIC points. A fallow deer trophy price is calculated based on the weight of the trophy expressed in kilograms. A roe buck trophy price is calculated based on the weight of the trophy expressed in grams. A boar trophy price is calculated based on the length of the trophy expressed in centimeters. A chamois trophy price is calculated based on the length of the trophy expressed in centimeters. A mouflon trophy price is calculated based on the length of the trophy expressed in centimeters. Gross weight for the calculation is taken from the trophy list form - weight of a trophy with skull and upper jaw without cutting (with roebuck, 90 grams are subtracted). Length is also taken from the trophy list (medium length) in the period within 24 hours after boiling. The trophy of the shot game animal belongs to the hunter-tourist. If hunting for non-trophy game, the hunter-tourist will pay the shooting price. The shooting price of trophy or non-trophy wild game does not include the meat of the shot game. A trophy list is issued for all shot game, and as for the trophies in medals, by standards of CIC, gold, silver and bronze medals are awarded. The criteria for awarding medals to trophies are assessed by CIC points: bronze silver gold deer boar roebuck fallow deer mouflon chamois male female For small game, prices are presented for the whole individual in skin or feathers. Only in case when the hunter-tourist can not take the shot game out of the country, i.e. can not take it into their country, prices are separated by the price of hunting and the price of meat.

2 HUNTING CONDITIONS Only after written booking (fax, ) and confirmation of payment of the agreed advance payment (at least 10% of the planned hunting), hunting will be considered booked. The booking should contain: name and surname of each hunter/ country where they come from/ place and date of birth/ passport number/ type of hunting/ number of days in hunting/ accommodation- hunting lodge or hotel, type of room/ date and time of arrival, plane or car/ details on hunting weapons - kind, type, serial number, caliber/ contact telephone and fax. When the booked hunting is cancelled more than 60 days prior to its agreed date, 50% of the minimum sum paid in advance is returned. If the booked hunting is cancelled up to 60 days to its agreed date, the minimal advance payment is fully retained. For payment of deposits in the amount of at least 50% of the value of the planned hunting, carried out through the Tourist Agency "Srbijašume", the depositor gets a 10%-discount on the shooting price stated in the price list. Before entering the hunting ground, each hunter must have the following valid documents with them: ID card or passport, hunting permit and firearm license. Personal weapon of the hunter must be of appropriate caliber, with appropriate ammunition for the game in hunt to comply with hunting ethics and the Law on Game and Hunting. Hunting is carried out in accordance with the Code on Declaring Closed Season for Protected Game Animal Species. In the very hunting ground, just before the start of group hunting in fenced hunting grounds, the tourist agency which organizes the hunting or hunters-tourists themselves (in case they hunt without the mediation of the travel agency) are required to confirm in writing that they accept the terms of hunting, including the conditions of its termination. In the very hunting ground, just before the hunt, the hunter-tourist is obliged to confirm in writing the precise trophy structure and the number of animals which he/she wants to shoot. The hunter-tourist is allowed to shoot the chosen game animal only after getting approval from the professional attendant - game warden. The hunter-tourist will be obliged to admit tolerance in shot trophy game - mistake +/- 15% of the trophy value, as estimated by the professional attendant - game warden. This rule applies only in individual hunting with a professional attendant. Failures are not charged. Wounding animals is charged only for the big game: - trophy game - 50% of the trophy value, estimated by professional attendant -game warden. If the wounded game is found, the hunter-tourist will pay the difference to the full price of the trophy value, - non-trophy game is charged 100%. In case of forbidden hunting of permanently protected game, or that protected by closed season, the amount of damage is calculated on the basis of the Regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Supply. (Official Gazette No 60, 14th July 2006). While hunting, hunters-tourists are responsible for their conduct in accordance with the Law and Hunting Regulations of the State Enterprise Srbijašume. According to Article 72 of the Law on Game and Hunting of the Republic of Serbia, it is prohibited to take out of the country any game trophy, trophy game mounts and mounted trophy parts whose value expressed in CIC points is higher than the value of the national champions.

3 The expenses of issuing veterinary certificates meant for trophy export are paid by the tourist agency to the Budget of Republic of Serbia: - regulated republic administrative fee for issuing veterinary-sanitary certificates for trophy export and - fee for veterinary-sanitary check done for the purpose of trophy shipping. At written request, it is possible to arrange trophy transportation from the hunting ground to the desired destination. In this case, all the costs of trophy export and transportation bears the hunter-tourist. During their stay in the hunting grounds of the State Enterprise Srbijašume, every huntertourist must be insured in case of hunting accident.

In case the hunt is ceased due to violation of rules contained in the Hunters' Rulebook of SE Srbijašume, namely against the will of the organizer, the hunting day is to be charged 100%. LIVE GAME 1) Small game The price is defined by multiplying the price of small game by coefficient 1.5 and refers to the game caught in the hunting ground; the price defined does not represent the price of artificially raised game. 2) Big game The price is based on weight, by multiplying the meat price of big game (except for wild boars) by coefficient 3.0 per 1kg of live game - for females and the animal young. As for males, an estimated trophy value is added to the price depending on weight. For wild boar, the price is determined by weight, by multiplying the price of meat with a coefficient of 2 per 1 kg of live game for females and juveniles, while for males, to the price by weight, the estimated value of the trophy is added.
