1 1/ ICE KART TROPHY 2018 The «ICE KART TROPHY» is a new concept introduced in 2014 by the company RD Events with several dates or rounds, each one consisting of 3 endurance races of Ice Karting on the daytime, designed to Individuals (men and women) and Companies in search of scenery and unique experience in the world of skiing. The peculiarity of this trophy is to design and organize exclusive endurance races on real outdoor karting circuits whose the coating is a real & alive ice. Two rounds are scheduled to date on the Ice karting circuit of Serre Chevalier in Colombiers Park in Chantermerle SAINT-CHAFFREY - France: 1 st round on Saturday, January 27 th nd round on Saturday, February 10 th 2018 Here below are our formulas on these two confirmed dates: F1: ICE KART TROPHY commitment = 340 VAT Incl. / Person -> 310 until 12/15/2017 F2: I.K.T. commitment + Accommodation from 2 to 3 nights = 520 VAT Incl. / Person -> 490 until 12/15/2017 F3: I.K.T. commitment + Accommodation from 4 to 7 nights = 560 VAT Incl. / Person -> 530 until 12/15/2017 F4: Accommodation from 2 to 3 nights for 1 accompanying = 200 VAT Incl. / Person -> 180 until 12/15/2017 F5: Accommodation from 4 to 7 nights for 1 accompanying = 240 VAT Incl. / Person -> 220 until 12/15/2017 And the main characteristics of each round before detailing the regulations in the following pages: - Duration: 45 minutes Qualifying session + 3 Races of 60 laps with Challenge departures type - Driving time per driver: about 80 minutes depending on the quality of the ice - Engaged: 15 teams at most of mandatory 3 pilots - Race labelled SWS with marshals and a Speaker this year! - Kart changes: 5 per team (6 different karts on the daytime) Beyond its sporting character, the ICE KART TROPHY is a private leisure go-karting event, mainly based on fair play. Its regulation is therefore limited to the essentials. Face to any dispute, claim, or interpretation, only the representative of RD Events will be empowered, in agreement with the Directors of Karting circuits, to close the deal in the interests of the highest sportsmanship. The organizer RD Events reserves the right to modify at any time any section of the regulations below. If need be, these modifications will be notified to the entrants as soon as possible and cannot be contested. Furthermore, the verbal instructions given during the briefings are an integral part to the present regulation. Faced with booking accommodation upstream for most of teams, RD Events reserves the right to prioritize the registrations with accommodation (F2 to F5 formulas) if necessary; a waiting-list would be set up for teams without accommodation (F1 formula) if appropriate.

2 CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY 2/9 Each team must be made up of a 3 drivers mandatory. Each driver must at least turn 14 years or older in the same year knowing that the size limit is 1,50 meter. A parental consent for minors required for all minors. This private championship is eligible only to people who are medically fit for the practise of karting. Having said that, no medical certification will be required. Each team can participate in the number of rounds he wishes according to his budget. On each test, the team will have to name a team manager. He will be the only representative to the organisation in case of dispute or complaint. Each competitor entering the ICE KART TROPHY must agree wholeheartedly to this regulation. The team manager must ensure this regulation is distributed to each member of his team. REGISTRATIONS The registration of a team on the ICE KART TROPHY is confirmed only upon receiving the document entitled "Registration Form" (found on pages 7/8 of this document) or your payment deposit of 50% of the total amount of your participation that can be sent to us by bank check payable to RD Events for the French teams or by wireless transfer. You can send all your items through mail (RD Events - 26 Quai Blanqui ALFORTVILLE - France) or by on contact@rdevents.fr. Any commitment is firm and final. It can t be refund for any reason whatsoever except in case of cancellation of the race by the organizer. No registration transfers will be allowed for any reason whatsoever. An identity control may be made during the welcome of the D-Day. In the case of cancellation of the event by the organizer, for whatever reasons, all the money collected would be paid back to the team without being able to claim any compensation whatsoever. All information on the ICE KART TROPHY is available on the RD Events Facebook page currently dedicated to our sporting events organized in our own name: OUTFITS Tights, underwear, polar, anorak, under gloves, gloves, etc. are not unnecessary for the practice of Ice Karting and are recommended because the races are held in extreme conditions at high altitude (temperatures can drop to -10 or -15 Celsius). That being said, racing suits are also highly recommended for photos. Helmet use is mandatory of course and safety rules are the same as on a traditional go-kart circuit. Any costume is allowed but should not present any risk to the safety of the driver. ACCOMMODATION Entrants who opt for a F2 to F5 formula will be hosted in apartments of 6 people in Le Monêtier-les-Bains in the Residence Arts et Vie 4*. The residence is on the edge of the alpine slopes and cross-country skiing (with direct access) and the Ecrins National Park; it is 200 meters from the Thermal Ludic Center Les Grands Bains and ten kilometers from the Ice Karting circuit. This is a mountain style realization, in stone and wood composed of large chalets with apartments ranging from 51m² to 92m². Bed linen and towels are provided in the service. SKI (SURF,...) 3 SCORING ON EACH ROUND AND RANKING 3/9 The ICE KART TROPHY is a trophy with several rounds where participating teams will score points. No bonus will be given for individual performance as getting the pole position or the fastest lap. On each round, all the teams will score points according the following scale: Podium > Team n 1: 30 points Podium > Team n 2: 27 points Podium > Team n 3: 25 points Team n 4: 23 points Team n 5: 22 points Team n 6: 21 points Team n 7: 20 points Team n 8: 19 points Team n 9: 18 points Team n 10: 17 points Team n 11: 16 points Team n 12: 15 points Team n 13: 14 points Team n 14: 13 points Team n 15: 12 points In case of a tie on a round of the ICE KART TROPHY, the teams would be separated by the fastest time performed on the 3 races of 60 laps. In case of a tie at the end of the trophy, the teams would be separated by the absolute best lap performed on all rounds of the ICE KART TROPHY, that s means on the X races of 60 laps. Pending the update of the RD Events website, the different lap times and rankings will be sent to you by and available on the RD Events Facebook page: KARTS The karts provided by the Ice Karting circuit of Serre Chevalier are Sodi GT3 270 cc, equipped with studded tires. No refuelling will be done by the teams and the karts will not be weighted. The karts will be lottery drawn between each qualifying session and each race of 60 laps (6 different karts or 5 karts changes per team). The settings are the same on all karts (tyre pressure, track width, ground clearance, seat position ) and they have been calibrated to offer the most homogenous fleet possible. No adjustment or modification of any kind is aloud fail of which means immediate and definitive exclusion of the team. Changing kart can only be done through the draw or during the race as such if a team suffers a mechanical failure. No interference with the engine (carburettors and clutches included) is allowed during the entire event. On first notice, the team will be excluded. No time credits will be given following mechanical failures. In case of breakdown, the kart will be stopped the necessary time to proceed with the repair. Another kart will be lent, knowing that there will be 2 reserve karts per round. The original kart will be returned when repaired. PROGRAM OF EACH ROUND * 7h15: Breakfast 8h30: Briefing and equipments 9h30/10h30: 45 min. qualifying session per team 10h45/12h15: 1 st Race of 60 laps 12h15/14h00: lunch 14h15/15h45: 2 nd Race of 60 laps 15h45/16h45: Gourmet break + accompanying tests 16h45/18h15: 3 rd Race of 60 laps 18h30: Podium, Awards ceremony and Champagne 21h30: Diner possible at Loup Blanc restaurant by reservation (average price: 30 ) * The program of each round may be required to change depending on track conditions the D-Day and depending on the weather. If necessary, several scenarios can be envisaged such as grouping the qualifications and the 2 first races of 60 laps on the morning to avoid driving between 14h and 18h at the hottest hours and thus realize the third race by night from 18h.

4 FREE PRACTICE AND QUALIFYING SESSIONS 4/9 The 45 minutes of free practice and qualifying session will take place in 3 separate sessions of 15 minutes with the obligation to present a different driver per team on each session. Every 15-minute qualifying session will set the grid for a race of 60 laps. Note: each team must also present a different driver from each race. STINTS On each round of the ICE KART TROPHY, the teams should be provided with a board and a racing number by the organisation. We encourage the use of an additional board for any extra information you would like to communicate to the driver (race position, time gaps, stint time ). Using Walkie-Talkies, cell phones or any other mean to communicate between driver and team is forbidden: anyone (driver or accompanying person) caught will get his team a 2 laps penalty and excluded if repeated. The minimum number of stints per 60 lap-races on each round of the ICE KART TROPHY will be 6 (or 5 drives through the pit lane). Whilst driving through the pit lane, driver change is mandatory and will take place in a common area. For security reasons, each driver will enter the Pit Lane will have to raise his hand and move to the part of the track where the pit entry is located. A stand-in window is also imposed on each 60-lap race, it will be forbidden to perform a stint or a drive through in the first 5 minutes or last 5 minutes of each 60-lap race under penalty of receiving a DRIVE THROUGH (passage through the Pit Lane unrecognized in mandatory minimum drives through and without driver change). No minimum drive through pit lane time will be requested from pit entry to pit exit or drivers changes but in case of speed judged too excessive (speed superior to the walking of the man), the team will be penalized by a DRIVE THROUGH the pit lane. There will be no warning. Note: the Pit Lane is relatively short; it will take you about fifteen seconds to cross it. MINIMUM DRIVING TIME PER DRIVER AND 60 LAP-RACES Each driver must fulfil a minimum of 17 minutes behind the wheel on each 60 lap-race. SAFETY AND BEHAVIOUR RULES Being under influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly forbidden in the pit area and may have the team excluded definitively. RD Events reserve the right to refuse any application with a particular nature in order to maintain a good atmosphere in the event. In case of non-compliance with the sportsmanship and leisure atmosphere of the event, lack of respect towards the organisation, non-compliance with the safety rule, inappropriate behaviour on the track The team can be issued a warning, inflicted a penalty or definitively excluded from the race. Fair-play and friendliness amongst the drivers must remain essential; results and competitive spirit must not live down these first values, as much on the track as anywhere else during these events. Any unsporting behaviour or repeat-offense can lead the team to exclusion. All participants must bare in mind three essential senses: - Respect towards all drivers: This is a competition but one rule remains essential: each driver is responsible for his equipment, his acts, and must stay in control of his vehicle. Any unsporting behaviour - brutal lane change, bumping, banging, intimidation will be sanctioned. - Respect towards the staff: The staff will do his best for the success of the event and the race director will be the sole judge for race incidents and thus giving penalties if necessary. The marshals are the referees; their integrity may not be questioned. - Respect your machine: Managing you machine with care is a key to your successful race. The best teams are the ones who manage to go fast whilst sparing their vehicle. Lap times can be greatly influenced by wear-and-tear (tyres, clutch ) keeping in mind that a mechanical failure can happen anytime. The team manager plays a key role while coaching his team: he stays in charge of his the behaviour of his drivers as well as accompanying persons!

5 Access to the track is only aloud to the drivers behind the wheel and to the organisation team. In case of a breakdown stopping him on the track, the driver must park his kart off the racing line, preferably on the Inside of the track, and to stay close to it. The official mechanical crew is sole allowed to pick up or repair a immobilised kart. The refuelling is done exclusively by the organisation near the garage. 5/9 PENALTIES Safety on track and on the pit lane is a key to the success of the championship. During the entire event, any misconduct by one of the competitors whether on the track or out of it will immediately be sanctioned. The kart receiving the penalty will be notified with the «DRIVE THROUGH» sign (passage through the Pit Lane) accompanied by the number of kart concerned. This drive through the pit lane will not count in the mandatory minimum drives through the pit lane by consequently no driver change will take place at this time. The DRIVE THROUGH will have to be carried out on the lap following the presentation of the panel. All penalties above will be applied as follows: - Level 1 fault (DRIVE THROUGH): Excessive speed in the pit lane or common driver change area (speed superior to the walking of the man), disrespect of the material, responsible for major hooking, recidivism following a warning, entrance the Pit Lane without raising his hand and without moving to the part of the track where the pit entry is located. NO DRIVER CHANGE. - Level 2 fault (DRIVE THROUGH + Immobilisation of the kart for 15 seconds): Failure to comply with a penalty, dangerous behaviour, disrespect towards the organization, recidivism of serious misconduct, overtaking during neutralisation, non-compliance with race flags, Drive Through performed in the first 5 minutes or last 5 minutes of each 60-lap race. NO DRIVER CHANGE. - Level 3 fault (1 lap Penalty): presentation of a same driver on a departure of several 60 lap-races. - If a team shows up with 2 drivers instead of 3 on a round of the ICE KART TROPHY, a 1 lap penalty will be applied to the appropriate team for each 60 lap s race. In addition, their best result during the qualifying session will be deleted and the team will start in the last position on the race concerned even if she realized the pole position. - Concerning the minimum number of stints imposed by the organisation, 6 or 5 drives through the common area of drivers change, the related team will receive a 2 lap penalty for every unaccomplished pit stop. - In case on non-compliance with the minimum driving time per driver of 17 minutes per race of 60 laps, a penalty of 1 lap will be applied to the team concerned in increments of 2 minutes exceeded (from the first second). - If a team uses walkie-talkies, cell phones or any other mean to communicate with one of his drivers, the related team will undergo a 2 lap penalty. At the second offense, the team will be excluded from the race. Any sanction (penalty, relegation, exclusion ) issued at a team by the race director and/or organisation, assisted by the marshals, will be applied without any possible appeal. In case of any dispute, the race director and/or organiser are sole competent referees. TIMEKEEPING Only the timing system provided by the karting circuit is allowed during the tests. The other systems are prohibited. It will be helpful to establish with the help of rilsans or adhesive strip a stopwatch - supplied by you - on the center of the steering wheel in order to quantify the driving time of your drivers. AMENDMENT - CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT In case of bad weather conditions, by lack of ice or to ensure the safety of participants, the organization reserves the right to postpone the time of departure, stop the event, or cancel it. INSURANCE Civil Liability According to the legislation, the organizer has taken out insurance covering the financial consequences of his civil liability and that of its employees. A document can be communicated to each participant upon request.

6 Individual Accident All participants, licensed or not a sports federation, can subscribe now by mail or at the latest the day of the Event, an insurance guaranteeing the payment of a capital in case of bodily injury (death or permanent disability) due to an accident on the race course that it is responsible or not, whether or not identified and / or third party. The compensation, according to the damage, occurs when the insured has an accident while participating in the sports event. This insurance is optional but highly recommended. It can be taken in addition to or instead of any similar insurance cover, in particular through a sports license. 6/9 Example of insurer: Material Damage The organizer accepts no liability for theft, breakage or loss of personal property of participants during the race. It is up to each participant as a result, if it considers necessary to take out insurance. USE OF IMAGE Through its participation in the ICE KART TROPHY, each participant expressly authorizes the RD Events organizer (or his heirs) to use or be used or reproduce or have reproduced his name, image, voice and sports performance in part of the event to a direct or derived form of the event, including commercial or advertising purposes and all media, worldwide, by all means known or unknown to date, and throughout the term of protection currently granted copyright material by law or regulations, judicial decisions and / or arbitrages in any country, and by current or future international conventions, including any extensions that could be made at this time.
