Competition Director: Anthony Biggar ontrack@eol.ca On-line Registration Only: REGISTRATION Deadline: 8:00 pm, Monday, June 17 FEES: Meet Entry Fees: $15 per individual event $12 per event (AO/MTA member) $10 per event for clubs/teams with 10+ entries $20 per relay team Due to time limitations, and in case of a very large entry, only athletes registered by the first deadline will be guaranteed entry into this meet. *Late Entries: Entries received after the deadline will be accepted at the discretion of the meet director and only if it does not cause a disruption of the conduct of the meet. Please make cheque payable to Asian Community Games. No entries accepted on the day of the meet. Late entries fees: add $5 per event based on rates above. Registration: The registration form can be used for all entries. Also, instructions for using Hy-Tek Meet Entry can be found on the Athletics Ontario web site ( Improperly completed forms will be returned and if subsequently accepted, will be subject to late fees. Entry fees paid using MasterCard or VISA can be ed and MUST accompany the entry forms. Entry fees paid using a cheque can be submitted at the Registration Desk. Number of participants is limited and will be first come first served. Late registrations will be put on a waiting list. Confirmation for registration will be sent to the participants by or mail. Special Note Re: Club and Corporate Relay Teams: Please send in names of potential relay runners, if not entered in an individual event, on a separate sheet of paper. This w allow the meet organizers to assign competitors numbers to all runners. All teams must submit the names of their runne in their running order one hour prior to the published start time of the race. Special forms will be available at the mee director s area. Therefore, follow the instructions below to the new location. Follow Highway 401 to Highway 400 North. Follow Highway 400 North and (take) the Steeles Avenue exit. Go East (left) on Steeles, past Jane St and the University s Northwest Gate Rd to the next set of lights. Turn right on Founders Road Immediate first left entrance to parking lot. Follow the pathway to the main doors of the Track Centre. (located to the west of this parking lot by walking along Ian MacDonald Blvd)
