The aim of the Corporation is to perform the management function with regards to engineering solutions, design, construction and operation of the facilities required to hold the XXII Olympic and XI Paralympic Games in Sochi

11 THE METHOD OF SELECTION OF THE INVESTORS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE OLYMPIC FACILITIES IS APPROVED BY SC OLYMPSTROY SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE. The purpose of the selection is to define the investor able to provide the construction of the Olympic facility with financial support and management to the best advantage. The Corporation is the organizer of the selection. The selection procedure includes: - publishing in official prints and placing information messages about the selection process on the site of the Corporation - submitting applications by candidates within 30 days starting from the date of publishing the message about the selection process; - opening envelopes containing applications for participation in the selection by the Tender Committee; - considering the documents submitted by the candidates; - tendering; - making a decision about the winner by the Tender Committee.

12 THE METHOD OF SELECTION OF THE CONTRACTOR FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, DESIGN AND TECHNICAL SUPERVISION OF THE OLYMPIC FACILITIES IS APPROVED BY SC OLYMPSTROY SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE. The purpose of the selection is to define the contractor able to perform works on the Olympic facilities to the best advantage. The Corporation is the organizer of the selection. The selection consists of 2 stages: the Qualification and the Tender. The selection procedure includes: - publishing in official prints and placing information messages about the selection process on the site of the Corporation; - submitting applications by candidates within 30 days starting from the date of publishing the message about the selection process; - opening envelopes containing applications for participation in the selection by the Tender Committee; - making a decision about candidates admission or denial of admission to the Qualification by the Tender Committee; - carrying out the Qualification and making a decision about candidates admission or denial of admission to the Tender by the Tender Committee; - carrying out the Tender; - making a decision about the winner by the Tender Committee.
