2 24 International Tournament City of Sassari (F.S. F.W. G.R) Memorial Matteo Pellicone Sassari (ITA) May 24/ REGULATION 1. General Provisions. 24 International Tournament Città di Sassari (FS FW - GR) Memorial Matteo Pellicone, will be organized by Polisportiva Athlon Sassari and Italian Wrestling Federation (FIJLKAM) 2. Date and place of competition. Competitions will be held from 24/25 May, Place: Palasport Comunale "PalaSerradimigni", Piazzale Segni, Sassari, Italy Date of arrival: May 23, 2019 Date of departure: May Participation. Nations invited to take part in the competition: all National Federations affiliated to the UWW. 4. Technical conditions. Competitions will take place in accordance with the Rules of the International Association of Associated Wrestling Styles - United World Wrestling, in Classes and Weights: Senior (F.S. F.W. G.R) Men FS kg. No Tolerance allowed in the Ranking Series. Men GR kg. No Tolerance allowed in the Ranking Series. Women FW kg. No Tolerance allowed in the Ranking Series. 5. Refereeing Referees category I and IS for men, category II, I and IS for women are admitted to officiate the competition, in accordance with the Rules of U.W.W. Ranking Series. All the referees called for the meeting must show the valid United World Wrestling licence for the year Financial conditions The travel expenses of delegations to the place of competition and its departure will be born by the sending National Federations. Hotel fares: uro 90,00 per person, per night (full board); Room types: double, triple, quadruple. For a single room there is a surcharge of 15,00 per person per day (limited quantities, only upon reservation until exhaustion). Important: each member of the team, participating in senior competition, have to guarantee a hotel stay minimum of 3 nights. 1/3

Logistic Organization The organization will take care of the following services: - Reception and seeing off the delegations in Sassari; - Meals and accommodation in a hotel (4 stars) in Stintino resort - Sassari on 23/24/25/26 May Local transport on the arrival & departure days of participants, training and cultural program. Transfers by private buses from Fertilia Airport (Alghero - AHO) to the hotel and return are included for all the delegations that will communicate their date and time of arrival and departure (at schedule time for free shuttle service, point 11 of this subsection). Location: the Hotels are located in Stintino, Sassari area, at a distance of 500 meters from the equipped beach. Hotel facilities: restaurant, bar, swimming pool, gymnasium ( in order to carry on trainings before the wrestling competition it will be supplied with a math and a weighing scale ) In conformity with international federations: All delegations are gently asked to schedule rigorously with anticipation their arrival and departure dates as well as the program of their staying at the Hotel in Stintino, ( Sassari area ): Arrival to Sassari : not earlier than May 23, 2019 Departure from Sassari : within May 26, Awarding. Prize for the athlets: 1 Gold Medal - Diploma; 2 Silver Medal - Diploma; 3 Bronze Medal - Diploma; Teams ranking. The National teams ranking is determinated using the UWW regulation. 9. Admission. The entries must be sent to the Organizing Committee or Italian Wrestling Federation (FIJLKAM) through Athena system. 10) Organization: Logistics and Transfers: The organization offers a free transfer service bound to a time table, in order to guarantee a precise and efficient service, the use of the free tranfers arranged by the organization must be booked in advance both incoming and outgoing, in case of non-reservation this service will not be guaranteed. Arrival of delegations at Alghero airport, transfer to the Hotel Cala Rosa Stintino is guaranteed free of charge by the organization according to a precise timetable. No. 4 free transfers will be available, exclusively at the following times: Morning: 9:00 ; 11:00 Afternoon: 15:00 ; 17:00. Departure of delegations from Hotel Cala Rosa Stintino for Alghero airport transfer is guaranteed free of charge by the organization according to a precise timetable. 4 NB: all delegations composed of executives, Team Leaders, Officials, Technicians and Athletes, who decide not to take advantage of the free transfers at established time by the organization, both incoming and outgoing, as described above, may provide by themselves and at their own expenses for transport, using any alternative transport (local Public transport Service, Taxi, car rental etc.). 11. Visa Passport: To get the visas, each delegation has to provide the Italian embassy in its own country the formal invitation of the international meeting, stating clearly all the names of their members. N.B. Good training partners and coaches are a key part of the development in this discipline. Carry out training workshops, share techniques and knowledge with athletes and coaches from several National Teams from all over the world you will greatly enhance your skills and knowledge in this sport. You will also have the opportunity to perform, as well as group training, exclusive training sessions, a great solution for your team, in agreement with the other teams. The detailed program of the event, divided by time periods and styles, will be established with the leaders of the participating federation, in order to ensure better success. Costs incurred by you will only be referred to the accommodation at the hotel, according to the price established by the Convention, and transport costs.
