2 CMD s Message January Dear Friends, Warm Greetings and Best Wishes to all for a Very Happy New Year!! The eventful year 2016 has passed so quickly and we are again at the threshold of entering into the New Year, a new chapter in our lives. The year 2016 has become a watershed year in the history of our nation and in all Indian citizens lives due to demonetization in the last penultimate month of the year. People are still trying to understand, grasp and deal with the new way of living. Everyone is conjecturing and surmising about the things to follow, how the things shall turn up, what shall be the after effects on the Real estate sector. Let us hope for the best that this shall prove to be beneficial for the buyers, for the real estate sector as a whole. Having a panoramic view of the year gone by, it was an eventful year in multifarious fields, majorly in sports also when the biggest bonanza of sports, the Olympics were held in Rio Brazil and Indian sports-women Sakshi Malik from Haryana in wrestling and PV Sindhu in badminton brought glory to our great nation by bagging bronze and silver medals respectively. Cricket is an evergreen sports in our country and our cricket has been winning matches after matches in all formats of the game. Similarly, our team Tulip has been toiling hard throughout the year working in the direction of giving successful delivery of the dream homes to our esteemed clients. Tulip has become a major force to reckon with in the real estate sector because of its finesse of successful delivery of its projects year after year. Tulip has been using the latest Mivan construction technology in its Tulip Lemon Affordable Housing project and was awarded also in a glittering ceremony in Taj Mahal hotel, New Delhi, this year.
