1 The Board of Directors Updated: September 14, 2018 Dear Cooperators: MASS SPECC is glad to announce its schedule of trainings for the third and fourth quarter of We continue to offer the CDA required trainings, which according to the new Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), BOD, Managers and officers of cooperatives, shall be required to undergo trainings on Fundamentals of Cooperatives and Governance and Management of Cooperatives; and for cooperatives engaged in savings and credit operations shall be required to undergo additional sixteen (16) hours of specialized training on Financial, Risk and Credit Management. See attached list of trainings which also includes specialized trainings which were also identified as training needs. We request you to promptly-confirm your participant/s names five (5) days before the schedule of the training so we can include them in the reservations of meals and training kit. Non-confirmation or walk-ins will not be guaranteed a kit or slot in the actual training. We don t want to cause inconvenience on your end so please be reminded that confirmation is a must.
