5 15. zákaz štartovať a) ak národné zväzy, majú nezaplatené poplatky, príspevky alebo iné platby vočí WNBA a/ alebo NBC, resp. Poplatok za prihlásenie nebol včas uhradený na konto NBC. Kontrolu ohľadne zaplatených faktúr si odsleduje NBC. b) Prihlasovacie formuláre D a E neboli kompletne resp. nejasne vyplnené a /alebo neboli so všetkými podkladmi včas na NBC odovzdané c) Pri nekompletnom vyplnení resp. neskorom odovzdaní prihlasovacích formulárov D / E / poplatkov je štart len vtedy možný, ak s tým prezident NBC súhlasí a pred začatím podujatia daný štát uhradí pokutu Euro 130, 00 na NBC za každý oneskorený resp. nekompletne vyplnený prihlasovací formulár resp. za oneskorenú platbu prihlasovacieho poplatku na NBC. d) Na predloženie podpísaného potvrdenia a dohody podľa prílohy 2 ISO sa obzvlášť prikladá dôraz. Táto príloha nahradzuje doterajšie potvrdenie a dohodu Anti-Dopingu podľa WADR. Je potrebné, aby všetci športovci a funkcionári (prihlásení členovia delegácie) podpísali. Bez predloženia potvrdenia a dohody podľa prílohy 2 ISO neexistuje žiadna príslušnosť /žiadne spojenie k danej delegácii. 16. Priebeh organizácie Organizačné pokyny sa riadia podľa pravidiel NBC. Zodpovedajúce podklady budú usporiadateľovi/ organizatorovi k dispozícii. Národnosti, ktoré sa MS zúčastnia, sa podrobnosti dozvedia na technickej porade. Časový plán sa zostaví po konci prihlásenia a bude k dispozícii organizátorivi ako aj všetkým zúčastneným národnostiam. 15. Organization of Event The organization of event will be determined through the lay down of NBC. Corresponded documents will be made the organizer national/organizer on location available. After registration end the schedule will draw up immediately and will be made the organizer national/organizer on location as well as the nations available. 17. Členovia delegácie Vedúci delegácie, zástupca vedúceho delegácie, tréner, masér, lekár, manažér. Fanúšikovia, zaslúžilí funkcionári, šoféri, diváci alebo sprievodca bez funkcie v delegácii nie su žiadnymi členmi delegácie a nebudú zo strany NBC ani ako členovia delegácie akceptovaný. 18. protest alebo námietky FRO Protest musí byť podaný písomne, hneď po zistení dôvodu protestu a po zaplatení poplatku 100, 00 Euro sa protest odovzdá hlavnénu rozhodcovi. Protest podáva vydúci výpravy resp. jeho zástupca. Ak bude prostest rozhodcom uznaný, vráti sa poplatok za protest družstvu, ktoré poplatok uhradilo. Ak bude protest zamietnutý, poplatok prepadá v prospech NBC. V ostatných zaležitostiach sa poukazuje na právny a jednací poriadok NBC 17. Member of delegation Chief of Delegation, Substitute Chief of Delegation, Trainer, Coach, athletes support personnel (assistant, masseur, medical personnel). 6 19. Právo štartovať, lekárské vyšetrenie a doping Právo štartovať majú všetci športovci: a) VII. MS jednotlivci viď. tieto propozície b) Hráči, ktorí sú prihlásení na prihlasovacom formulári E, a to na prihlasovacom formulári E až do 10 hráčov a 10 hráčok. Po nemôžu byť ďalšie hráčky, ktoré na prihlasovacom formulári E neboli, dodatočne príhlasené na MS jednotlivcov, nemôžu sa zúčastniť a ani dodatočne prihlásiť c) Telesne zvládajú požiadavky súťaže. Čo sa týka lekárskeho potvrdenia, poukazuje sa na odstavec 7.4 SpO. Usporiadateľ nepreberá žiadnu zodpovednosť za osobné zranenie a zdravotné problémy. d) Všetci, ktorí sa u rozhodcu preukážu platným hráčskym pasom. Fotky s oblečením počas súťaží (dres) sa odovzdávajú hl. rozhodcovi spolu s pasom hráča. e) Kancelária NBC ohlási rozhodcom hráčov, ktorí boli prihlásený a majú právo štartovať, ako aj ich trenérov. Rozhodca na mieste skontroluje legitimáciu hráčov, trénerov a ich lekárske potvrdenie. Doping Doping je podľa pravidiel IOC, WADA a ANTIDOPING PRAVIDLÁ svetovej bowlingovej asociácie (WB-CODE) prísne stanovený. Pokiaľ sa počas kontroly zistí nejaký priestupok, výsledky hráča budú anulované a medaile odobrané. Ďalšie kroky či už výstraha, napomenutie, zákaz hrania na určitú dobu alebo do konca života - sa určujú podľa bodov WB CODE. Rozhodujúci pre nedovolené tabletky je v čase súťaže platný antidopingový zoznam tabletiek (dopingových prostriedkov) WADA- Prohibited List, ktorý je na stránke Podľa bodu 2,5 SpO sa poukazuje na zákaz alkoholu. Na NBC je potrebné zaslať spolu s prihlasovacím formulárom E aj hráčmi podpísané antidopingové prehlásenia. Tieto antidopingové prehlásenia musia podpísať aj tréneri, delegáti výpravy, ako aj ďalší členovia/pracovníci delegácie podľa príloha 2 WNBA-Code /viď. prílohu týchto propozícii/. Len ak tieto prehlásenia boli podpísané a zaslané a NBC ich obržalo, môže športovec štartovať na MS. Pokiaľ tieto prehlásenia NBC neobdržalo, hráč budeme mať zakázané štartovať. Pokiaľ sa zistí, že hráči užívajú zakázané tabletky resp. pili alkohol v množstve, ktoré je pre hráčov zakázane, rozhodca je oprávnení vyžiadať lekársku kontrolu, hráč lekársky test musí absolvovať. To platí aj pre neohlásené kontroly. Pri nedodržaní týchto podmienok, hráč stráca právo štartovať. 19. 7 20. Dres športovcov a oblečenie trénerov Štátny znak musí byť na oblečení družstva. Na technickej porade musí každý Štát predložiť jednu alebo niekoľko farebných fotiek, na ktorých sú rôzne dresy teplákové súpravy, ponožky, dresy, krátke nohavice, v ktorých hráči nastúpia na dráhy. Na dresoch môže byť reklama vo veľkosti 400cm2 a dodatočne aj na teplákovej súprave vo veľkosti 400cm2. Reklama na alkohol (okrem piva a tabaku) je zakázaná. Povolenie na reklamu je potrebné predložiť. Sedieť za hráčom počas hry sa može uskutočniť, len ak tréner: a) Ma povolenie NBC: (prihlásenie pomocou prihlasovacieho formulára E) b) Rozhodcovi bol menovite nahlásený a to na hráčskom papiery, ktorý sa odovzdáva pred hrou a c) Má športové oblečenie a športovú obuv 21. titul a pocta viď. Slávnostné vyhlásenie víťazov sa uskutoční podľa časového plánu a na olympíjsky spôsob. 22. zástava Každá národnosť je povinná mať so sebou aj zástavu a počas podujatia ju musí mať k dispozícii pre usporiadateľa. Zástava sa odovzdá usporiadateľovi len na jeho požiadanie. Veľkosť zástavy pre použitie v hale, 2 m 23. média Každý novinár je povinný sa u organizátora akreditovať. Novinár, ktorý prišiel s výpravou, nie je členom delegácie. Pri akreditácii obdrží novinár novinársky preukaz a ten musí mať stále pri sebe. 20.
