Follow Officer s directions TO THE LETTER!
26 When to Advise LEO Not required to volunteer the fact that you are carrying Many suggest that you volunteer this information at the earliest time possible. Times when you should alert the officer that you are carrying a firearm: when you suspect the officer is going to find out anyway about to perform a pat down asks you to step out of your vehicle

40 Carrying Under the Influence Although the state of Florida doesn t explicitly bar you from drinking when carrying a firearm, you will be charged with a misdemeanor of the second degree if you are found holding a loaded firearm, or if you discharge a firearm while under the influence of alcohol or any chemical substance.
41 Non-Prohibited Areas National Parks Individuals who possess a permit to carry a firearm, recognized by the state in which the National Park is located, may carry in those locations. Excludes ranger stations or other federal buildings within those parks.
