Our sister company HireAPitch held over 500 events, from sports days to corporate events in In 2017 alone they held over 700 events. We believe in providing a top quality service to all our customers at affordable rates. 4 THE GAMES We are able to offer different games for our Archery Tag events, please see the basics below Standard Elimination: Similar to dodgeball, try your best to eliminate opposing team members by hitting them with your arrow. If you are shot, you are out until a team member catches you back into the game. Point Scoring: The aim of the game is simple! You must protect your targets, team mates and yourself whilst trying to score points against the winning team. Shooting down targets, catching arrows and shooting an opposing team member will all go towards the end scores. Capture the Flag: A game that we re sure you will love. Capture the flag requires everyone to work as a team to capture the opposing teams flag, don t get shot though! 6 THE DAY The event will start with everyone being split into teams. You will have chosen the style of game you would like to play prior to the event. Once everyone is in their teams, a team name and team leader have been chosen you will be given a safety briefing by the member of staff hosting the event (not the most exciting but it is very important). After the safety briefing, you will be shown how to use the equipment and get kitted up with the safety gear. Once everyone attending the event fully understands the rules, the fun begins! If you have chosen to take part in any further activities or added an extra event onto your booking we will let you know about the structure of the day before the booking date. 7 FAQ s How do I book? You can book immediately by calling , our bookings system will soon go live but for now we would love to hear from you Can you provide someone to run the day? For any event, we will always have a member of staff to run the day and ensure that everyone is enjoying themselves. How much does it cost? Our prices are flexible depending on the amount of people who have booked onto the event. Please give us a call or an for a quotation. Is there an age limit for the Archery Tag? We are unable to take bookings for anyone under the age of 12 years old. What's included in the price? The price includes all of the equipment needed for us to run the event as well as a member of staff to run the event for you. More members of staff will be required depending on the size of the group, there may be an extra charge for this but will be included in your quotation along with any optional extras. We can offer locations for you if you do not have access to a suitable facility for your event too. How much public liability cover do you have? We have 5 million coverage and are licensed to trade at both private and public events (including licensed premises). When are your Archery Tag events available? We can offer our event any day, at any time (within reason). What is the minimum amount of people that need to book for this event? Minimum of 12 people
