Located in Clay County, the range is in one of the fastest growing counties in the US with a public school system that has been rated superior by outside consultants. Clay County boasts that new home construction permits have increased by 54 percent since The range has been open since January 2014 and has grown with the community. It is one of ten ranges in Florida that is built as a tactical range. It has an excellent community presence with a member base of 435 members, high ranking website, and a popular Facebook page with over 5,600 followers and 280 five star reviews. However, with no advertising and no retail gun sales, the range is missing large sources of income. The membership cost is 50% less than surrounding competitors. There is a discount on memberships for active, retired and disabled military, fire and law enforcement, and the day shooting cost allows the person to come back and shoot for free anytime the rest of the day. With the right owner/operator, the income potential of this range is large. The surrounding ranges have membership bases of 1,500-4,000 members.
