1 Oklahoma Texas Longhorn Association An Affiliate of the Texas Longhorn Breeders Association of America The Oklahoma Texas Longhorn Association will host its Annual OTLA Spring Shoot-Out, a TLBAA World Qualifying Show on March 25-27, 2016 at the Payne County Expo Center, east of Stillwater on State Highway 51. SCHEDULE OF EVENTS Friday, March 25 Saturday, March 26 Arrival of cattle 5 pm OTLA Pot Luck Supper furnished by OTLA members 7 pm Youth Dual at Dusk Points Show 9 am Non Halter and Trophy Steer Show 1 hour after completion of Non-Halter Show Open Halter 5 pm Annual OTLA Membership Meeting and Election of Officers 7 pm Annual Banquet Dinner, Quilt Auction and Silent Auction Sunday, March 27 9 am Youth Halter Show Entry forms for the show are attached. Youth six years of age and younger as of January 1, 2016 may show calves, male or female. This is the only class that will allow adults in the show ring. Junior: Exhibitors 7 9 years of age as of January 1, 2016 Intermediate: Exhibitors years of age as of January 1, 2016 Teen: Exhibitors years of age as of January 1, 2016 Senior: Exhibitors years of age as of January 1, 2016 In Showmanship Classes you must exhibit an animal that was shown in competition in the TLBT show. 5 WAIVER As a condition to participate in this event, the Oklahoma Texas Longhorn Association (OTLA) and the Texas Longhorn Breeders Association of America (TLBAA), its officers, employees, members, agents and representatives are hereby released from all claims, demands or cause of action of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether now existing or hereafter accrue, on account of any damage, cost of expense (I) as a result of any bodily injury, loss or damage to any persons, animals, equipment or other personal property, from any cause whatsoever, and (II) as a result of the interpretation or enforcement of the OTLA and TLBAA Constitution, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations and the risk of such damage, cost of expense which may occur by reason of foregoing is hereby assumed and accepted.
