1 Tier II Breakout Meeting Agenda RMLL AGM Jubilee Ballroom Edmonton Saturday, November 5, 2011 From 10:00am till 4:00pm (Lunch 12:00pm till 1:00pm) 1. Introductions 2. Call to Order, Agenda and Approval of the 2010 minutes 2. Election I will let my name stand for TIER II commissioner 3. Review of 2011 Season Review of 2011 Stats Opportunities for Improvement 4. Expansion Potential Number of Teams for 2012 Season Any teams that don t know if they will field a team 5. Equipment Mask and helmet must be both CSA approved All Teams should be using 4 x6 nets 6. Safety All teams should have an Emergency Action Plan Good floor conditions Access to mops or have towels for floors Injury report forms 7. Tier II penalties Lead all Divisions with the amount of games that were played (14) How to minimize for next season

Coaches/ Bench Personal All bench personal needs to have the proper certification and RIS Respect in Sports (even trainers) All coaches certificates numbers needs to be Entered into the RMLL System at the beginning of the season Coaches feedback form to be filled out and sent in with the game sheet and Referee Form "Super Com Intro Clinic" Why are so many Tier II coaches not taking the NCCP Clinics 9. Coach and Player development Getting players ready for Higher Tiers and encouraging players to play and/or trying out for Higher Tiers Communication with all midget players to let them know that there is lacrosse after Midget RMLL Tier II Tournament on the May long weekend and need 4 to 6 teams to volunteer to attend. 10. Scheduling Would like to see a longer season have games on the long weekends Playoffs and Provincials (I recommend a best out of three series higher seeded team will be the home team) Provincials will be held in the South for the 2012 Season Tournaments I did receive an last season about one in Lloydminster in June.
