High Hand promotions apply to Texas Hold,em, (excluding $1-$2 and $2-$2 Limit Hold em) Seven Card Stud and Omaha games where a jackpot rake has been taken. 2. The high hand must use two down cards and be the players best possible 5 card hand in 7 Card Stud and Texas Hold em. 3. Omaha must flop the high hand. 4. High Hand Giveaways are deducted from the Promotional Jackpot Fund. 5. Whenever a possible High Hand is hit, the floor supervisor will verify that all qualifiers have been met. 6. All High Hands must be beaten there are no ties. 7. Any hand that starts before the high hand has been reset will be considered a part of the previous hours high hand. A hand is considered to have been started when the dealer pitches the first card off the deck to the first player. 8. Players are encouraged to monitor the board to see the current High Hand. 9. Tournament entries won through high hand promotions are transferable, but can only be transferred once. 10. Seats won into tournaments through satellites are NON transferable; however, if a player wins additional seats into the same tournament they will receive tournament buy-in vouchers (Tournament Bucks) which they can use for other tournaments 11. Promotional jackpot winners will be paid in chips at the table. 12. Player must be dealt in qualifying hand to receive table share. 13. TOURNAMENT RULES 1. In a Bounty event, any time you eliminate a player you receive the bounty prize. 2. Bounties are deducted from the prize pool. 3. In a re-buy event, players can re-buy any time they are at or below their starting stack. Any player can take the minimum to maximum amount of re-buys (as an add-on) at the first break, regardless of how many chips they have. 4. Satellites will award as many seats as possible with the remaining money going to the next placed player. 5, If a player wins a satellite for a specific event they must play that event. If there are multiple starting days or flights and a player wins multiple satellites they must register for all starting days or flights. Subsequent satellites wins for the same event will be paid in tournament bucks. If a player makes it to day two of the tournament and has registered for multiple starting days or flights they will be refunded in cash. 6. All tournaments offer unlimited re-entries during the registration period. 7. The staff gratuity is optional. A player who chooses not to provide the voluntary gratuity will be charged the same tournament entry fee as all other players as required by Section (8)(c), Florida Statutes. 8. A "chopping" or splitting of the prize pool amongst the final players will be allowed only if all remaining active players are in agreement. If it is not unanimous the prize pool cannot be chopped in any way.

An authorized employee of The Poker Room will register players for all tournaments. Both the buy-in and house fee will be paid before a player is registered in the tournament. = points 3. The number of chips each participant will start a tournament with will depend on the format of the tournament. Participants starting chips May range from 1000 up to or more. Management reserves the right to change the amount of starting chips prior to the start of tournament registration for any event. Any change will be announced or posted for the customer to see. 4. Tournament chips will be used which provide the point value of the chip. The value of the chip will be printed in the center of the chip. Around this point value is printed No Cash Value. Printed along the outside of the chip is the poker room s name. 5. A blind and ante structure will be used for all tournaments. The standard structure to be used unless otherwise specified for a tournament is: Level Small Blind Big Blind Ante At the tournament director s discretion blind levels can be accelerated or skipped to ensure that a tournament finishes inside of a specific time period, or before the end of the business day. 6. Re-Buys May be used for certain tournament formats. If a re-buy is to be used in a tournament, the structure of the re-buy period will be posted and announced to the customers. 7. A tournament supervisor will handle the distribution of the prize pool. Winners will be paid out with cash value chips, certified check, cash or with entries into larger tournaments. The number of places paid will depend on the tournament format and the number of entries. The standard payout structure will pay approximately 10% of the total number of participants. Management reserves the right to change the structure of the payouts with prior notice to the players 8. Tournament chips are clearly designated as having no cash value. Tournament chips are not to be taken out of the tournament area or concealed by a player in any way. All tournament chips are to be returned to a poker room employee at the conclusion of a tournament.
