3 PRE-RACE PACKET PICK UP DETAILS All participants are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-race Packet Pick Up from 11:00 a.m 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 2. Receive your items early to avoid stress on race day! Pre-race Packet Pick Up Location: Road Runners Sports Buckhead 3756 Roswell Rd NE Atlanta, GA Need to Knows: Participants must show current photo ID. Participants may pick up a friend s packet, however must bring a picture of their photo ID or confirmation . All participants will receive a MPG performance tank, reusable gift bag, event bib including ticket for one complimentary drink ticket. Participants must complete the emergency contact information on the back of the bib. Bibs must be worn on the front of the shirt at all times. The bib number MUST be visible at the start and finish of the run. Do not cut, fold or alter the race bib in any way.

4 RACE DAY LOGISTICS Thursday, November 3, 2016 Venue Location: Park Tavern, th St. NE, Atlanta, GA Athlete/Spectator Parking: - SAGE Parking Ramp located at corner of Worchester Dr NE and Monroe Dr NE (Athletes cannot park in the Park Tavern upper lot where PPU/Registration is) - Parking Panda normal rates apply Race day Registration: On-site registration and Packet Pick Up is available so bring your friends! Gear Check: Gear Check is located inside the Park Tavern, and opens at 4:00 p.m. Gear Check Steps: o Step 1 Attach the Gear Check tab from the race bib to the bag for identification before dropping off your items. o Step 2 Participants must have race bib to drop off and pick up items from Gear Check. o ** Random bag checks may be enforced for everyone s safety. o ** Event organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Restrooms: Portable restrooms are located near Packet Pick Up. The Park Tavern has restrooms for your convenience while enjoying the Lifestyle Market post-race. There are restrooms near the Aid Station along the run course. Post Race/Lifestyle Market: Join us for the ultimate post-race experience at the Gildan Esprit de She signature Lifestyle Market! You can look forward to live music, sipping, sampling, and enjoying memorable experiences brought to life by our sponsors and community partners.

5 RUN COURSE DETAILS 5K & 10K Run Course The run courses follow paths within Piedmont Park. The Start Line is just southwest of the Park Tavern. The 10K runners will loop the northern part of the run course twice and should follow course staff instructions and signage. 5K runners should follow course signage indicated for 5K. The Finish Line is located just northwest of Park Tavern. Aid Stations: Participants are supported by an aid station along the run course, including water, UCAN Hydration, and restrooms at the 5K/10K split.

6 Lost and Found: Lost and Found items should be turned in or claimed at the Volunteer Tent. Unclaimed items will be donated to a local charity. The Volunteer Tent is located near the Packet Pick Up tent. Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for all items within their possession for the duration of the race course. Please do not leave garbage, clothing, etc. on the course. Please respect the course and the City that allows these wonderful events to take place. Conduct: Unsportsmanlike conduct during any portion of the race will not be tolerated and will result in disqualification. Disruptive or violent behavior is not condoned by Life Time Events and will be handled under Life Time Event s rules and policies. Headphones: Headphones, ipod s or other personal audio devices are permitted but not recommended. Participants that wish to listen to headphones must keep the volume low for the overall safety of the participants. Volunteers: Please remember to thank the Volunteers. The race would not be possible without the help of these generous individuals. There are still volunteer opportunities available. Friends and family are encouraged to take part by volunteering for the event. If interested in volunteering, please visit Spectators: Spectators are welcome and encouraged at the event. The course runs along paths within Piedmont Park so the course is very spectator-friendly. Please encourage your friends and family to come out and enjoy the entire evening with you! 7 Race Results/ Age Group Awards: All results will be available online and on-site following the race. Please allow minutes after crossing the Finish Line to ensure that the results are correct. The awards ceremony will take place at approximately 8:00 p.m. at the main stage inside the Park Tavern. Award necklaces will be presented to the top three overall 5K and 10K finishers as well as the following age groups for both the 5K and 10K categories: Ages 6-12 Ages Ages Ages Ages Ages Ages Ages 70 + Event Photos: 2016 event photos are available to download for FREE courtesy of The Vision Council. To search for tagged photos, simply go to the Results and Photos tab on the website and enter participant name or bib number and click on the photos tab. Please allow for up to 48 hours post event for pictures to post to results. Event Alert System (EAS): This race will utilize the Event Alert System (EAS), encompassing color-coded indicators to reflect current event conditions. Participants will notice flags posted throughout the race venue, as well as along the run course. Participants are encouraged to become familiar with the color-coded system so they can be prepared in the event of changing Alert. Medical Support: Medical support will be stationed along the run course and at the Finish Line. Course staff and volunteers will be available throughout the venue and course in the event of an emergency. Please contact event personnel if you need assistance. For your own safety, please fill out the Emergency Medical Contact Info on the back of your bib prior to event day.
