1 UPDATES FOR MARCH Spring Sports Start March 5 th Weight Room will begin for anyone not in a Spring Sport! We really started to see some great numbers for Thursday Morning Workouts and attending different events. As of lately it has been very disappointing the lack of effort by especially our older players. Excuses for skipping the liftoff or lack of communication that they would not attend, this is not the recipe for success. I have told the upper classmen and in coming seniors this is their season, how they want it to go will be determined on everyone s work ethic. The leadership council was put together for a reason and those nominated for those positions need to start demanding more from their teammates. Effort is between you and you, nobody else WHAT TO ASK YOUR CHILD: - Are you going to lifting after school? - Are you attending Thursday am workouts? - Are you checking on your teammates? - Are you holding your teammates accountable?
