1 Ultimate Speed Academy presents... The Ultimate Run For Your Life Event! LOCATION: Liberty High School, 2275 Sommers Road, Lake St. Louis, MO DATE: Sunday, May 28, 2017 ENTRIES/FEES: $12.00/Athlete (ages 3-19): THE MEET ENTRIES WILL OPEN MAY 1, ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THURSDAY, MAY 11:59 p.m. NO LATE ENTRIES. The meet is open to unattached athletes and clubs. Fees must be paid at the close of meet registration. If you have any questions please the Meet Director at: iamcoachangie@gmail.com ENTRY LIMITATIONS: Pee Wee, 6-YEAR OLDS, Primary, Bantam and Midget Divisions (3 events), Youth-Young Women/Men Divisions (4 events). Athletes may enter only those events listed for his/her division and may enter only the division corresponding to his/her year of birth. Pee Wee athletes are 5 and under. AWARDS: Medals for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Ribbons for 4th, 5th and 6th places. Pee Wee athletes will receive their AWARD at the finish line at the completion of their 100m. All races are timed finals except Pee Wee Athletes. TENT SET-UP: Per the Facility, tents can be set up the morning of the meet, if your tent is set-up prior to Sunday, May 28th it will BE REMOVED by the school.

2 *To avoid congestion and confusion, we ask that ONLY 2 coaches per team and 1 adult of UNATTACHED entrants escort their athletes to the Bull Pen area and immediately leave the area. Pee Wee athletes will run their 50m and 100m races on the front of the track. Parents please be considerate and remain off the track. Thank you for your cooperation!! GENERAL TRACK MEET INFO: Coaches Meeting at the conclusion of the 1500/3000m Racewalk. Field Events begin at 8:30AM. Running Events begin at 8:30AM starting with the 1500/3000m Racewalk. All running events will be timed finals. There will be no prelims or semis. Pee Wee Athletes events will receive reward at the finish line with no times. High jump 3 misses per height. Long jump 3 attempts, Pee Wee 2 attempts. Shot put and Discus will be allowed 4 throws; Pee Wee participating in Softball Throw will be allowed 2 throws. Track events take priority over Field Events. All athletes must notify field event judge when leaving for a Running Event and must be ready to resume 10 minutes after completion of the Running Event. EQUIPMENT: House throwing implements will be available. No spikes longer than 1/4 will be allowed on the track. Starting Blocks will be provided. CONCESSIONS: A concessions will be available ABSOLUTELY NO GRILLS ALLOWED! 4 *40m Hurdle Spacing for 7 and 8 Year Old division 4 Hurdles, 24in. in height, 10 meters from start to first hurdle, 5.5 meters between hurdles, 13.5 meters from last hurdle to finish *60m Hurdle Spacing for 9 and 10 Year Old age division 6 Hurdles, 27in. in height, 11m from start to first hurdle, 6.5m between hurdles, 16.5m from last hurdle to finish. Note: All running events will be timed finals. Pee Wee athletes will not be timed and their awards will be given at the finish line. Running Events will be run girls first, then boys, from youngest to oldest in each applicable division. The Meet Director may combine age groups at her discretion.
