2 STANDARD RESCUE DRYSUIT U.K. Manufactured This is a standard design front entry drysuit design made from high tenacity nylon fabric, used for its strength and durability, yet still light in weight. High tenacity nylon is a popular choice for fire & rescue services as it is easy to clean. This nylon has a butyl laminate which has resistance to oil, good flexibility and no cracking down to -40 C. We use a medium duty 8 pitch zip made by BDM as a standard. This new drysuit features the YKK Aquazip as a standard. It is a lighter weight and more flexible plastic alternative to the medium duty 8 pitch BDM zip. The Rescue Response drysuit is ideal for low level flooding & wading situations and will provide quality drysuit protection. TELESCOPIC RESCUE DRYSUIT U.K. Manufactured The telescopic drysuit system allows for a greater freedom of movement. It is ideal for users of different heights, fitting a range of people with a height variance of up to 15cm. The suit is made in two parts allowing you to choose a different fabric for each half. 4 TECHNICAL RESCUE DRYSUIT U.K. Manufactured The technical rescue suit is a telescopic front entry suit usually made in high tenacity nylon and heavy duty polyester. This suit is a popular choice by fire and rescue services for those that are trained in technical rescue. Heavy duty polyester material in the upper half of the drysuit is a more comfortable choice to that of the nylon or cordura materials. The suit features an internal adjustment system with velcro tabs to secure the front part of the suit thus eliminating the crotch strap which can be seen as a snag hazard. 5 The Patrol Drysuit has been developed over many years with the UK Border Agency and Inshore Fisheries Conservation Authorities. PATROL DRYSUIT U.K. Manufactured Heavy duty polyester material is used for its increased flexibility and strength. It is a more comfortable choice to that of the nylon or cordura materials. It is ideal for border patrol personnel who can often be in a drysuit for hours at a time. Choose to have this drysuit made in the telescopic or the standard design. Standard features include: Latex neck & cuff seals Front entry zip & protective velcro zip cover Integrated fabric socks Integrated velcro boot cover Reinforced knee & seat pads Integrated Boot Cover Feature: The integrated ankle cuff cover is fixed to the drysuit leg and allows the over boot to go between the drysuit and the ankle cover. The cover can then be tightened with the velcro tab. We use a seam sealing system that has been developed over many years to ensure the highest quality. Our drysuits are regularly seen in use on television & social media. It is then combined with either our unique internal adjustment system & velcro tabs to fasten the front down or you can have an external crotch strap. 7 NECK & CUFF SEALS BESPOKE DRYSUIT OPTIONS U.K. Manufactured Neoprene Seals Yamamoto neoprene seals are available as an optional extra. We use Yamamoto 3.5mm neoprene for its super stretch qualities. All neck & cuff sizes are available and made to measure. BOOTS & SOCKS Silicone Seals The silicone seal system is popular because of the extra comfort compared to Latex. You also have the ability to change the seals yourself as no adhesives are required. This system will save you money and time in the long run. Chainsaw Boots Stihl Class 3 boots can be fitted to any of our drysuits or waders. Yellow Safety Boots Dunlop Purofort boots are popular for rescue drysuits. POCKETS & OTHER EXTRAS Fabric Drysuit Socks Made in shoe sizes from your hard-wearing drysuit materials. Black Safety Boots Bekina PU boots with insulation down to minus 20 degrees. 1. Knife Pocket. Measuring 7 cm wide by 21 cm long and tapering down to 4 cm wide at the bottom however, we can make the pocket to any given dimensions to fit your personal knife sheaf. 2. Folded Thigh Pocket. Measuring 20 cm wide by 27 cm long and has a depth opening of 7 cm at the top of the pocket. Fastening with a velcro flap. 3. Zipped Cargo Style Pocket. Measuring 18 cm wide, 23 cm long and has a maximum depth of 9 cm, the zipper is fitted across the top and part way down the sides. 4. Azdry Warm Neck Cover.
