2 1.0 SCOPE OF THIS ADDENDUM 1.1 This Addendum 1 dated is issued to clarify queries raised by bidders during pre-bid meeting held at CRDC, Greater NOIDA on for the above mentioned tender. 1.2 Bidders are requested to take note of this and submit their offer accordingly. 1.3 Except for details mentioned herein, all other details contained in the above mentioned tender enquiry, shall remain applicable and unchanged.

5 Syngas to chemicals (provide information about reactants and products) We can provide mass balance but whether energy balance is required? Bidder battery limit about connector. Are Pre-Hazop report submission and final Hazop required? We would propose other makes for MFC like Bronkhorst, for weighing scale. Which kind of project references are required as different projects are customized differently? Similar is okay or not. Everything is in our scope and no civil work should be running. For flow ranges, technical recommendation is that minimum flow rate should be 10% of the maximum. Otherwise error % will increase. As per requirement separate MFC s will be required. Is VCR fitting acceptable? Is both Manual and software control is required? Data logging cannot be done when computer is off. Alternate system which does not require tracing / Individual pressure regulators are required for each lines. Flexibility for both up flow and down flow is required. Both options are required. Everything other than feed gases i.e., Calibration gas, lubricants, refrigerants etc., required for operating the setup and its accessories shall be in bidders scope.

10 It should be clearly mentioned in the tender that for Indian vendors, scope of delivery upto BPCL and for foreign vendors upto Delhi airport. We propose Pre Installation requirements shall be shared after 15 days of Basic engineering package. Number of working days in one week. Definition of week need to be defined. 11 Annexure 1 Note: 1. Bidder limit starts from flexible hose required to connect cylinders. 2. Scrubbing system includes: Scrubber pumps, dosing tanks vents etc., as described in the Technical specifications. 3. Reactors shall have by pass lines. 4. This line is use to conect reactors in series. 5. Micro GC shall be as per the specifications provided in technical Sepcifications. 6. Sim - Dis shall be as per the specifications provided in the technical Specifications. 7. Sim - Dis : Simulated Distillation shall be used on requirement basis. 8. Diameter of reactor should be selected such that extrudates and powdered catalysts can be easily loaded for testing. 9. wet gas meter shall have acessories required for measing flow with high accuracy (including acessories for pressure and temperature corrections). 10. This PFD is pictorial representation of the basic requirement. however technical requirements, utility connections or requirements, connections, flows etc., shall be defined by bidder as per their system requirements and as per tender specifications.
