The Raffle closes at 4.45pm on 18/08/2018 AEST. No entries will be accepted after this time. Queensland Entry is open to residents of Queensland 10,000 tickets to be printed Entrants must ensure that each Raffle Ticket purchased has full contact details (including name, phone number and address) for the entrant that purchased the ticket (or their nominee) completed on the Raffle Ticket stub. In the case that an entrant purchases an entire book of Raffle Tickets, all Raffle Ticket stubs must be completed in full. To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period: purchase a Raffle Ticket; complete their contact details in full on the stub of the Raffle Ticket; return the completed stub and money to Emmanuel College Ltd If an entrant purchases an entire book of Raffle Tickets, the entrant must complete (in full) the Raffle Ticket stubs for every Raffle Ticket within that Raffle Ticket book. There is no limit to the number of entries per entrant but is subject to Raffle Ticket availability. If requested by the Promoter, entrants must produce proof of identity and the winning ticket prior to being awarded a Prize. The Draw will take place as follows: Date: Saturday 18th August 2018 Time: 5.00pm AEST Location: Emmanuel College, Birmingham Road Carrara Qld Representatives from Emmanuel College Ltd will be present at the draw. Ticket books will be issued to each student attending Emmanuel College who will act as ticket sellers on behalf of the Promoter, Emmanuel College Ltd. Tickets will also be available for purchase throughout the duration of the Promotion Period through ticket sellers directed by the Promoter at times and locations to be advertised throughout the Promotion Period.

3 Notification & Publication of Winners Page 3 of 5 Winners will be announced at the Live Draw at 5.00pm on Saturday 18 August Winners will then be notified by telephone within 2 business days of being drawn after which they will also be notified by . Prize winners' names will be published on the Emmanuel College website Prize Claim Date Winners have 1 (one) year from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize before the prize is deemed Unclaimed. Winners are to contact the Emmanuel College P&F Representative Lisa Tregoning on ltregoning@emmanuel.qld.edu.au in order to claim their prize. Unclaimed Prize Arrangements Additional Terms - Prizes If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Conditions of Entry, the Promoter reserves the right to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter. 1st Prize value is up to $24,641 at the opening date of the Promotion Period and the Promoter takes no responsibility for any change in value. The stated driveaway price of the 1st Prize (Vehicle Prize) depends upon the winner and their location. All optional extras and accessories, comprehensive insurance and any other insurance not stated, fuel, personal costs and all other ancillary or related costs are excluded. The winner must provide all information and sign all documentation necessary to enable the Promoter to register the vehicle in the name of the winner prior to collection. Receipt of the Vehicle Prize is subject to the winner being able to lawfully take possession of the Vehicle Prize and comply with all registration and compulsory third-party insurance requirements of the state of Queensland. Vehicles depicted in all promotional material are not necessarily the same colour as the Vehicle Prize. The colour of the Vehicle Prize is at the discretion of the Promoter. The Vehicle Prize will be available for collection from the Von Bibra Dealership nominated by the Promoter. 2nd Prize value is up to $1,500 at the opening date of the Promotion Period and the Promoter takes no responsibility for any change in value. 2nd Prize (Choice of either Emerald Lakes Golf Club Design your own Dinner Party or Complete Golf Package ) must be booked and is Subject to venue and/or coach availability. The prize is non-transferable, nor can it be sold. It has a 12 month validity commencing the day it is drawn.

4 Page 4 of 5 Emmanuel College Fete Car Raffle Conditions of Entry 1. Instructions and information on how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this Raffle constitutes acceptance of these Conditions of Entry and of the Terms and Conditions. 2. Any capitalised terms used in these Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Terms and Conditions, unless stated otherwise. 3. The promoter is Emmanuel College Ltd (ABN ) of Birmingham Road Carrara Qld Emmanuel College Ltd is responsible for the reconciliation and redistribution of all funds raised in the Raffle. 5. All proceeds from the Raffle will be deposited into an Emmanuel College Ltd account. 6. Any updates to these Conditions of Entry will be published at 7. Directors, Management and Fete Committee Members of the Promoter and those of any agencies and suppliers associated with this Raffle and the immediate family members of these people are ineligible to enter. "Immediate family member'' means the spouse and family members residing at the same premises as the director, manger, committee member or other ineligible person referred to above. 8. The Raffle will be conducted during the Promotion Period. 9. Eligibility to enter the Raffle is subject to the Entry Restrictions. 10. To enter the Raffle, entrants must complete the steps set out in the Raffle Entry Procedure and comply with all other applicable requirements during the Promotion Period. Entries must be submitted in accordance with the Raffle Entry Procedure and will not be accepted in any other form. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for late, lost, misdirected, ineligible or illegible/inaudible entries (including lost, stolen, forged, defaced or damaged proof of entry or things required by the Verification Requirements). The Promoter and/or its representatives may conduct security and/or verification checks (including enforcement of the Verification Requirements) in their absolute discretion to determine the bona fides of an entrant's eligibility to enter the Raffle. Ineligible entries will be deemed to be invalid. 11. It is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter if their contact details change during the Promotion Period. 13. The Promoter will not accept entries which are incomplete, illegible, or which are generated by computers or other automated means.

5 Page 5 of The Promoter is responsible for arranging the distribution of the Raffle Ticket books, and sale of the Raffle Tickets, during the Promotion Period. The Promoter is also responsible for the collection of proceeds from the sale of the Raffle Tickets, and reconciliation of those proceeds. 15. The Promoter must ensure that Raffle Tickets are only sold during the Promotion Period. 16. Entrants must ensure that each Raffle Ticket purchased has full contact details (including name, phone number and address) for the entrant that purchased the ticket (or their nominee) completed on the Raffle Ticket stub. In the case that an entrant purchases an entire book of Raffle Tickets, all Raffle Ticket stubs must be completed in full. 17. If the Raffle cannot run for reasons beyond the Promoter's control (for example, infection by computer virus, mobile network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or technical failures), it reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Raffle. If that happens, it will select winners from eligible entries received at the time. 18. Where an entry is deemed invalid (at the Promoter's discretion and with regulatory approval when required) prior to the Prize Claim Date, the Promoter may determine a new winner in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements. 19. The Promoter's decisions in connection with the Raffle are final and no correspondence will be entered into. 20. All entries and the content contained in those entries become the property of the Promoter. Once submitted, no changes to or withdrawal of an entry will be permitted. Entries will not be returned by the Promoter. 21. Entries must be received by the Promoter and will be deemed to have been received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. 22. The prize draw(s) will be conducted in accordance with the Draw Details. All Raffle Tickets that have been paid for in full will be entered into the Draw. In the instance of incomplete or illegible identification on the entry (Raffle Ticket stub) of an entrant who purchases a Raffle Ticket, every endeavour will be made to identify and contact the entrant. This will include publishing the raffle Ticket number with a request for contact and contacting and collaborating with the Promoter in order to identify the entrant. Raffle Tickets not paid for will not be included in the draw. Any entry (Raffle Ticket stub) which the Promoter deems to be slanderous, defamatory or otherwise offensive may not be included in the Draw. 23. Winners will be notified in accordance with the Notification and Publication Details in the Terms & Conditions.
