2 Presentation Concept The is an international surf life saving competion organised by Oceanperf. Many events in the program for all the categories: Surf Race, Board race and Beach Flags for the Minime category. Board race, Surf Ski race, Ironman and Beach Flags for Cadet/Junior/Senior. A Board rescue will close the day with a mixt of the best competitors of the day. Date and Venue The Competition will take place at Notre Dame Beach in Capbreton Saturday the 11th of August Race START - FINISH 2

4 Rules For the overall classement of Minimes : 1 place : 20 points 2 place : 18 points 3 place : 16 points 4 place : 14 points 5 place : 13 points 6 place : 12 points 7 place : 11 points 8 place : 10 points 9 place : 8 points 10 place : 7 points 11 place : 6 points 12 place : 5 points 13 place : 4 points 14 place : 3 points 15 place : 2 points 16 place : 1 point The order of the Oceanman will be Ski/Swim/Board. The rules are the ones set by the 2017/2018 French surf life saving federation. It will be asked to each club to come with a referee to ensure the good progress of the competition. Oceanperf can qualify straight to the final one competitor. 4

5 Inscriptions Entries fees are 5 for categories Minimes and 10 for Cadet, Junior & Open per club For only 15 extra you can walk away with the competition lycra. Entries: Until Saturday 4th of August N.B: after this date, it will be an extra fee. 10 for Minimes and 25 for Open All competitors entries has to be paid, even if the competitor withdraw. Lunch pack: A food truck will be on the beach all the day Referee : Every clubs has to come with a referee. 1 referees: 1 à 8 competitors 2 referees: de 9 à 15 competitors 3 referees: more than 15 competitors 5

7 Prize giving Prize giving 3 first competitors of the overall for the minimes. For the open, competitors will receive a prize money for Beach flags and Ironman Lucky draw A lucky draw will close the competition: - 1 Nipper board 8'10 Oceanperf (for benjamin and minime) - A lot of products for all age group Referees and volunters will also have a lucky draw. You need to be present to collect the gift. 7
