ENGINEER SAYYAH MOHAMMED MOOSA AL QUBAISI - CHAIRMAN Our Chairman Engineer Sayyah Mohd Moosa Al Qubaisi, a graduate, from Swansea University in UK, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering is the founder of Bin Moosa Group a locally owned company established in The founder defined his goals and targets for his company to be active in different fields and to make Bin Moosa Group the Head Company. Few years later and after a successful start, the founder redefined the scope of the company to lead direct, advice and manage the group members whether they are fully owned or in partnership or sponsored companies. The overall map of the diversified activities of the group reflects the defined outlook of the founder. SURESH KUMAR - TECHNICAL DIRECTOR Mr. Suresh Kumar our Technical Director is a Mechanical Engineer with 20 years of rich and varied experience in the swimming pool and water feature design and construction field. He spent more than 16 years of his career in the Middle East working with Market leading companies. VARGHESE JOHN GENERAL MANAGER A qualified engineer (Bachelor of Engineering, Post Graduate in Financial Management, PMP registered) with over 23 years experience in Business Development, international experience increasing sales & profit, P&L accountability, building high performance teams, creating winning strategies and achieving sustainable competitive advantage. Broad expertise in strategic planning, sales & operations, project & contracts management and Engineering. Since 1994, Varghese has been involved in the design and construction of Swimming Pools, water Features at some of the major Projects including Jumeirah Beach Hotel, One & only Mirage Phase 1& 2.Madinat Jumeirah Phase1, 2&3, Emirates Tower, Atlantis. Dubai Sports City. He has been involved in the design and construction of Pumping Stations, water treatment plants and is fully aware of all technical issues & intricacies of major operating plants. Varghese has solid experience in managing projects and have successfully completed the above mentioned projects.

16 REJI PAUL VARGHESE HEAD OF OPERATIONS Mr. Reji Paul Varghese is a dedicated Civil Engineer with 18 years of experience in the swimming pool and water feature design and construction in the Middle East. He has worked on iconic projects both in UAE and surrounding countries and can deal with challenging projects with poise. His forte is swimming pools, water features, ornate structures and concrete repairs. RAJA ETHIRAJALU OPERATIONS MANAGER Our Operations Manager is a Civil Engineer with 18 years of hard core field experience in construction of swimming pools and water features. His rich experience in execution of projects from simple to the most complex, in UAE and surrounding countries has inculcated in him required ability to handle projects efficiently, professionally and deliver completed projects on time and within budget. In addition, Mr. Raja Ethirajalu has vast experience in construction of ornate structures, concrete repairs and refurbishment works. Graduate in BA with over 11 years experience of sales and marketing of swimming pools, water features in Middle East. SUKUMARAN KENOTH- PROJECT ENGINEER Swimming pools, water features and landscapes executed to exacting standards, that is the forte of our Project Engineer Sukumaran Kenoth. He is a Civil engineer with 15 years experience on the Middle East covering UAE, Qatar and Kuwait. Areas of expertise are Concrete repairs and Protection, Specialized waterproofing and Industrial Floorings and Coatings with experience in the General, Heavy, Power and Utility Industries. DIJO MATHEW PROJECT ENGINEER Mr. Dijo has valuable experience in executing projects for gated communities, doing multiple pools at a time, all of them to high standards demanded by Client Consultants and Developers like Nakheel. He is a Civil engineer with more than 5 years of experience in executing concrete structure works, swimming pool and water feature works as also landscaping works in the Middle East. He has obtained Dubai Municipality Registration. FAROOQ HUSSAIN SR. MEP ENGINEER Complex calculations are required to achieve the required result when you are dealing with pools or water features. Water quality and flawless operations is the order of the day. Mr. Farooq Hussain our Electrical Engineer with over 7 years of experience in construction field is adept at ensuring the right equipment is used resulting in efficient working of all equipment. ANUP KUMAR MEP ENGINEER Anup Kumar has rich experience in construction of swimming pools, water features and also in landscaping works.
