All entries will be acknowledged, forms for hotel booking and travel information will be sent to the participating. Closing date of the Championship: 14 May 2007 LATE ENTRIES & WITHDRAWALS Late entries will be accepted until 31st May We can t guarantee the package in this case. Withdrawal less than 10 days before the start datewill be accounted as 100% entry fee per player!! SEEDING Please send us the level of players. We accept both national and nations ranking and the results of the last year in this tournament. DRAWS It will be published on our website: REFEREES All players will be expected to mark and referee matches. The referee is the winner of previous match on the same court

3 BALL The Dunlop PRO XX ball will be used. TOURNAMENT TRANSPORT Tournament transport is available only for those players who have already paid for package! There will be a bus transfer service available between the hotel and the club. The first bus starts from the hotel to the club at 8.30 and the last from the club to the hotel at 22:00 pm every day, during the competition. The buses run between the hotel and the club only. The bus schedule will be hung up in the club and in the hotel too. The hotels are easy to reach; it is 10 minutes from the club by car. TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE Thursday evening: Welcome party, registration and dinner. Friday morning: The tournament begins at 10. Friday afternoon: Fun in several sports (you will need your swimming costume!!!) Friday evening: Players party with delicious food, Hungarian wine-tasting, live music, dancing. Saturday morning: The tournament continues at 10. Saturday afternoon: Fun in several sports in the garden of the club. Saturday evening: The party of the year! Dancing on the river Tisza. (Surprise, food, music, girls etc.) Sunday morning: The tournament continues at 10. Sunday afternoon: Final ceremony. The package will commence with dinner on Thursday, 14th June and end with lunch on Sunday, 17th June. It includes the local transport (shuttle service between the hotels and the Squash Club), 3 nights in the Hotels (accommodation in double rooms) with breakfast, and organization costs, entry fee, tournament present. Additional nights cost per person per night in a double room (excluding food). A limited number of single rooms are available at an extra charge of per person per night. 5 FOOD AND MENU The breakfast will always be served in the restaurant of the hotel, while the lunch and the dinner will be served in the garden of the club every day. The salad will be self-serviced; you will get the soup, the main dish and the dessert in return for tickets. The tickets will be given to everyone at the accreditation. Food is served only after handing in the tickets! Unfortunately, we cannot consider any lost tickets. The menu will be available on the tournament website. Breakfast: always at your hotel Lunch: always in the club (11:30 am 03:00 pm) Dinner: always in the club (06:00 pm - 09:00 pm) Banquet dinner: Friday evening (08.00 pm pm) Banquet dinner: Saturday evening (08.00 pm pm) DIRECTION TO THE CLUB Drive from Vienna towards Budapest. At the end of motorway M1 turn to M0 towards Szeged. From the M0 drive on the motorway M5 to Szeged. The distance is about 160 km. Use the second exit to Szeged West (traffic sign165 km!). Go straight towards Szeged (it is about 7 km). After arriving to Szeged drive straight on, cross the railway lines, then after driving 500 m cross the second railway lines. Drive another 500 m and you will see a Peugeot car sale. Turn to the left (Textilgyári út) at the Pegueot car sale, and at the end of this road (which is 600 m long) turn to the right (Kenyérgyári út). Stop after driving 50 m because you will be right in front of the club! TOURNAMENT OFFICE The tournament office is located in the club; on the first floor, near the dressing room of women. You will receive all the information in connection with the tournament, hotel, meals, transportation and all the rest there. 6 TOURNAMENT NORMS, REGULATIONS 1 Each player will play a minimum of 3 matches. 2 The competition will be organized in O35, O45 women, and O35, O40, O45, O50, O55, O60 men categories. 3 Matches will be organized on tables of 16 or 32 on the grounds of KO system, but every place will be played out. The organizers will close up groups in case of few competitors. 4 Each player must appear and be ready at the club 30 minutes before the time of play. Short matches and injuries can put starting times earlier. 5 All matches will be played according to the WSF rules; best of 5 games with international scoring. Organizing committee reserves the right to play the best of 3 games in plates. 6 Players, who are more than 15 minutes late from their own matches, will be disqualified. 7 All players must be ready to referee the matches the Tournament Referee designates. Referee must report to the tournament office; collect the player cards, score sheet and the ball; then return those to the tournament office at the end of the match. Before the match they have to take the whole referee package - strip, pen, report, mock sheet, 1 ball (when it is leaky, too), players card, result card - over, and hand all the above mentioned back after the match. 8 Any suggestions or complaints should be made to the Tournament Director. 9 All hotel costs, such as mini-bar, telephone, TV must be paid at checking out. Any breakage must be paid immediately! 10 All players must attend all their matches, also the closing ceremony, which will be held as soon as the final results of each categories are known. PLAYER SERVICES Racket string or any accessory - is available by request in the sports shop. Price of stringing: 1500HUF + the string. Sauna - is free for every accredited competitors and attendants. Opening hours: 11 am to 7 pm every day. Massage - can be booked at the tournament office. Price: 2800HUF/30 min. (Masseur: Jenı Horváth ) Changing-room - Every player will have an own locker in the changing-rooms. The keys of the lockers will be given by the reception in return for deposit. The charge of lost keys: 2000HUF/key. Buffet - is open from 7 am to 12 pm every day. First aid - is located at the entrance of the club, on left. Money exchange - is possible at the reception. Accepted currency: US DOLLAR, EURO, CHF Training - Players can train on empty courts without notification. The competition committee does not give any balls for the trainings

7 WARNINGS 1 Watch out for your belongings! The organizing committee does not take responsibility for any lost property. We ask all players to hand any found belongings to the organizers! 2 Wearing of approved eye protection is mandatory on the court during the event, including the warm up and all matches too. 3 Players enter and play in the tournament at their own risk. The organizers do not take responsibility for injuries arising from participating in the event. Players must arrange their own insurance. 4 Bags and cases can be placed in the aerobics room (baggage room) on the first floor near women s changing-room. When the competitor plays, he/she can take his bag to the court, in any other cases bags should be held in the baggage room. Thank you for your understanding! - 7 -
