3 ABOUT ATF FERRER Tennis Academy (ATF), with facilities in Javea (Xàbia) and Benidorm in the province of Alicante (Spain), was founded by brothers Javier and David Ferrer. Its aim is to convey to younger their knowledge and passion for tennis and help them in their development and in achieving their life goals through sport. ATF is an innovative company that is revolutionizing the sport of competitive tennis and recreation through its various disciplines and covering all areas surrounding a tennis player as Player Development, Administration and Representation, University Grants, Resource Management, campus Planning Tournament schedule and monitor it and programming tennis career short, medium and long term. 4 The Annual High Performance Tennis Program includes two daily high performance tennis training sessions based on the FERRER TENNIS ACADEMY methodology, which includes technical, mobility, tactical and competitive exercises and a specific physical preparation program. The program also includes periodic player progress reports, video analysis and a personalized competition calendar. CALENDAR The High Performance program runs from September to June. Includes 17.5 hours of tennis training and 11 hours of physical preparation per week. The different areas of the program are designed and coordinated so that the student can get the most out of each of them. This means that tennis and fitness work together to achieve maximum benefit for our players.

6 TENNIS CLUB JAVEA Jávea Tennis Club, located in the Avenida del Pla 118 of the Alicante town of Jávea (Xàbia), is the center of operations of the ATF and has the following equipment: Six (6) tennis clay with integrated lighting Two (2) Courts fast surface (Greenset) with integrated lighting Four (4) paddle tennis courts artificial turf with integral lighting. 8 REGISTRATION AND METHODS OF PAYMENT To register for the annual program is necessary to demonstrate a certain level of tennis, which will be evaluated by the technical direction of FERRER TENNIS ACADEMY. To formalize the reservation fee must perform the following steps: Shipping sheet completed and signed by the student enrollment, as well as the parent or legal guardian of the student, in case it is less than 18 years. Sending a copy of the passport or identity of the student. The realization of a deposit of 10% deposit of the total amount of the program. Payments can be made in cash or by bank transfer. Registration is considered effective for the entire duration of the program. 9 REGISTRATION AND METHODS OF PAYMENT Full payment of the program can be performed with one of the following options: OPTION A: 10% deposit to formalize the reservation. 90% of the total before September 1. By payment of the course with this option there will be a 5% discount. OPTION B: 10% deposit to formalize the reservation. 40% of the total before September 1. 50% of the total before 1 January. By payment of the course with this option there will be a 3% discount. OPTION C: 10% deposit to formalize the reservation. Monthly: the remaining total will be divided between the ten months that the program and be paid for that month the party always before the 5th of each month.

10 CANCELLATION POLICY If due to force majeure the student had to leave his stay at the Academy without completing the entire program that is registered, the Academy will determine if the return period is done and not paid. It used, which in any case will follow the following criteria: In no case will be returned 10% for the deposit. As for payment on the tennis program, the amount to be paid to the student shall not exceed the difference between which would correspond to the dates from the low to the end of the program, minus the amount equivalent to one month in compensation to the Academy. As for the payment for the accommodation and school, the student amount to be paid shall not exceed the difference between what correspond to the dates from the low to the end of the program, minus the amount equivalent to one month.
