Organization will invite all IFAGG members in good standing.

Preliminaries and finals will be during the same day. JUDGES Proposals for Judges must be done to IFAGG (only by IFAGG member) and only online: Deadline: 5 April IFAGG nominates and confirms judges list after the due dates of judges registration. Warning: No request will be accepted after the deadline. All judges must have a valid IFAGG judge license for Please note that for judges accreditation you must also fill the registration on ksis / rgform.

3 IFAGG reserves the right to invite the judges. Delegations will be responsible for all expenses of judges (travel costs, accommodation and transportation). The participating delegations are responsible for covering all bank fees in connection with the bank transfers. The copy of payment must be sent to (spainct.agg@gmail.com / info@aegeg.com). IFAGG will confirm the participation fees later. 4 ACCREDITATION PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE The delegations will be accredited upon their arrival in the competition office. At accreditation, heads of delegations must: check the correct names of their complete delegation, make passport control of all gymnasts, proof of medical insurance for all members of the delegation, make any necessary payments. Please note that this schedule is subject to change, final schedule will be confirmed later. 5 DOPING VISA INVITATION INSURANCE INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORTATION LOCAL TRANSPORTATION IFAGG Code of Discipline It s a condition of participation in IFAGG s activities that gymnasts and their assistants and representatives will follow the national and international doping rules. All gymnasts and their assistants and representatives are obligated to know the doping rules. The information of the prohibited substances and methods can be found on the WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency), www-pages. All delegations requiring for Visa or just an invitation for entry into Spain, please contact us for the necessary documentation: spainct.agg@gmail.com There is a visa request form, please type it correctly and send it in time. Spanish Association of AGG and the IFAGG will not be held responsible for any liabilities in case of accidents, illness, repatriation and the like. The IFAGG Technical Regulations foresee that all participating delegations are responsible for making their own arrangements to have the necessary valid insurance coverage against illness, accidents and for repatriation for all the members of their Delegation. The Spanish Association of AGG will verify the insurance upon arrival of the delegation members (e.g. cover note or photocopy of the valid policy). The invited participating delegations must pay the international travel costs of their delegation members. The Travel plan must be sent to organization by 9 April (spainct.agg@gmail.com / info@aegeg.com) The price includes transfer from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. Prices will be confirmed later.
