2 NATIONAL TEAM TRAINING JANUARY 2015 On January 17, 2015, took place at the headquarters of the Spanish Federation of Taekwon-do ITF, the first training of the participants who are part of the national team that will represent our federation the next May at the World Championships in Italy Copa Catalunya

3 CATALUNYA CUP FEBRUARY 2015 On February 22 in the city of Girona took place The Catalan Cup In Hall of Palau attended by 120 competitors throughout Catalonia. Thanks to the assistant Instructors and their schools for their support, to Master Alberto Gonzalez and the International Instructors John McKissock, Andreu Martinez and David Atencia. Also thank the City of Girona and Girona Provincial Council.

4 VIII BENIDORM CUP FEBRUARY 2015 On Saturday 21 February at the Palau L'illa de Benidorm, took place the VIII BENIDORM CUP Taekwon-Do ITF organized by CLUB TAE BENIDORM. Thanks to the Instructor José Luis Diego and Paco Ferrando.

5 FEST TEAM TRAINING FOR THE WORLD CUP IN ITALY FEBRUARY 2015 On Saturday February 28, 2015, took place the second national team training of FEST, this time they traveled to Murcia, invited by the Sabunim Alfredo Perez IV Dan, who provided the facilities of the School Santa Maria de la Paz, in hall Manolo Ñíguez. The training was conducted by Master José Ramón Viudes and Instructors José Luis Diego and Alejandro Banega.

6 AARON VIUDES MEMBER OF THE FEST ATTEND THE NATIONAL TAEKWON- DO ITF CHAMPIONSHIP AMONG UNIVERSITIES UK FEBRUARY 2015 Aaron Viudes Serra, who is this year studying at the University of Warwick (England) has been the only Spanish participant in the National Taekwon-Do ITF Championship from Universities UK, which took place on Saturday 28 February in Worcester. The Kumgang young Club La Vila was proclaimed as best competitor.

7 THE FEST PRESENT IN THE IIC 100 MARCH 2015 Master José Ramón Viudes VIII Degree and Master Juan Ferrando VIII Degree, and Instructors John McKissock VI Dan, José Luis Diego VI Degree, Andreu Martinez VI Degree, Paco Ferrando V Degree and Silvina Colman III Degree, visited the city of Aberdeen in Scotland to attend the IIC 100, certainly a historic day for the ITF.

8 TECHNICAL TRAINIG COURSE MARCH 2015 On Saturday March 21 the School Taekwon-do Motril organized a technical course that was taught by one of the most prestigious athletes of Taekwon-Do I.T.F, Alejandro Banega International Instructor with category VI Dan; who is 30 years of activity, having achieved at this time three times world champion and be the current coach of national team of the Spanish federation ITF Taekwon-do.

9 MASTER CLASS BY MASTER ALBERTO GONZALEZ-VIIº Dan-ITF APRIL 2015 The School of Taekwondo ITF of the region every year, it makes this training course for all ranks of Gups and Degrees in order to recycle knowledge and technical aspects of forms, sparring and self-defense. The most importantly, beyond the ITF Taekwon-Do it is the social aspect of sharing, and spend a day full of experiences with a great teacher

10 BOARD MEETING APRIL 2015 The Board of Directors of the Spanish Taekwondo Federation ITF has met today April 11, 2015 at the headquarters of the FEST. At the end we remember that today is the 60th anniversary of Taekwon-Do, and we congratulate all practitioners. Present were: Master José Ramón Viudes, Sabum Andreu Martínez, Sabum Jose Luis Diego, Sabum Pastor Carracedo, Sabum Paco Ferrando and Sabum Vicente Ibañez

11 TRAINIG NATIONAL TEAM IN MOTRIL. (GRANADA) APRIL 2015 Last Saturday April 25 took place in the sports facilities of the City of Motril in the province of Granada, the last training team of the Spanish Taekwon-do Federation ITF, before the next World Championship to be held in Jesolo, Italy. The training was conducted by Sabum José Luis Diego and Sabum Alejandro Banega. President Paco Ferrando and Secretary Vicente Ibañez were present reviewing the facilities for the Cup Spain.

12 DO COMMITTEE OF ITF MAY 2015 Last May 2015 Sabum Andreu was appointed member to the Committee DO ITF. This committee is guided by Dr. Janel Gauthier (Canada) and is also formed by Sabum Mark Banicevich (New Zealand) and Sabum Joliete Tran(Canada). We want to remenber that Sabum Andreu Martinez is a member of the board of FEST and has been in previous years National Referee Director of the Federation. From the Federation we want to congratulate you on your new position that we are sure that you perform with great professionalism.

13 ITF COMMUNICATION COMMITTEE MAY 2015 During last May our president Sabum Paco Ferrando was re-elected member of the communication committee of the ITF, a position he previously held and shares with the Director concerned, Sabum Stephen Ryan of Ireland and Sabum Fabian Izquierdo of Argentina. From here we wish you good luck in the work of this committee.

14 THE NATIONAL TEAM FEST PRESENT IN THE WORLD TAEKWON-DO ITF MAY 2015 During the week from 25 to 31 May the 19th Senior and 13th Junior ITF Taekwon-do ITF World Championships 2015 took place in the City of Jesolo (Italy) With 1019 competitors and 52 countries, 97 referees, 323 coaches, 153 officers and 786 assistants. With a total of 2239 participants to the event they, made possible the successful development and successful organization of the 2015 World Championships Taekwon-do ITF.

15 NEW MASTER IN THE FEST. CONGRATULATIONS MASTER MCKISSOCK MAY 2015 On day May 29, 2015, during the World Taekwon-do ITF in Jesolo (Italy), John William McKissock was examined by the court examination leaded by GM Marano and GM Lan to VII Dan. After passing the exam and get your deserved VII Dan, today we have another Master in the FEST. We want congratulate publicly the new Master McKissock

16 2ND INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION COURSE IN SPAIN ICC JULY 2015 During the first weekend of July was held the 2nd ICC in the city of Benidorm, conducted by Gm bos, Master Van de Mortel and Sabum Tomaz Barada. Participants attended from Argentina, Canada, Switzerland, Ireland, Scotland, Georgia and Spain. Teachers noted that high ranges (VIII, VII, V and VI Danes) were present and they wanted to learn from them.

17 BLACK BELT PROMOTION-CATALAN ASSOCIATION JULY 2015 On Saturday July 25 the Catalan Association of TaeKwon-Do ITF conducted the Black Belt promotion summer in the facilities Tona Fit Gym in Osona, Barcelona The court was formed by Master John McKissock (In Nae schools) and Sabum David Atencia (Eui Am schools). A total of 10 students were examined, 6 to first degree, 1 for second, 3 for third Degree.

18 TRAINING FEST SEPTEMBER 2015 On Saturday September 12 was held the training with boys and gils who will represent the Spanish Federation at the next European in Scotland in October. The training took place at the facilities of the FEST, it was a concentration with a great harmony and fellowship, where we could meet better and be closer to our competitors, helping them in any doubt. It was led by Sabum Jose Luis Diego and Sabum Alejandro Banega and with the special presence of the Master Jose Miguel Martinez.

19 LAST TRAINING BEFORE THE EUROPEAN 2015 OCTOBER days to the hearing held, 30st Senior and 21nd Junior A.E.T.F. European Taekwon-Do Championships 2015, to be held in Motherwell, Scotland, during 22 to 26 October, the national team FEST made the last training last October 11 at the Palau D'Sports L Ila of Benidorm. It was led by Sabum Jose Luis Diego and Sabum Alejandro Banega and the special presence of the Master Jose Miguel Martinez.

20 EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP IN SCOTLAND OCTOBER 2015 We appreciate the effort of the whole team at all times being encouraged atall times and supporting in each participation. From part of the national coaches Alejandro Banega, and JL Diego, we encourage you to keep working on getting your goals shipped FEST everyone in this great project. On Friday October 23, 2015 Master Juan Ferrando, Master Jose Miguel Martinez and the president of our federation Paco Ferrando, attended the congress of the European Federation AETF which took place in the city of Glasgow, Scotland.

21 TWO UMPIRES FEST IN THE EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP OCTOBER 2015 Thanks Sabum Ana Maria Caceres and sabum Matias Picallo, which they attended as umpires in the European Championship in Scotland.

22 THE FEST PRESENT IN THE IIC IN TAMPERE NOVEMBER 2015 On 7 and 8 November, the ITF held the IIC 106 in Tampere (Finland) attended by 104 instructors from various countries of Europe, the FEST was represented by Master John McKissock. The course was led by the ITF Technical Committee formed by the Grand Master Marano, Grand Master Ung, Master McPhail and Master Nardizzi. We also had pleasure to have the presence of Grand Master Weiler during the course.

23 COMPETITION COURSE ORGANIZED BY THE TKD SCHOOL MOTRIL NOVEMBER 2015 On Saturday November 14, Motril Taekwondo school received Jonathan Moreno Bueno (3rd Dan), a prestigious international competitor and member of the Spanish team Taekwondo-do ITF (FEST) who moved from Valencia to our city to provide the second competition course.

24 FIRST TRAINING FOR INTERNATIONAL 2016 NOVEMBER 2015 Today November 22 it has held in Roquetas de Mar the first training for all the aspiring to join in the national team for the upcoming international events in National Coaches José Luis Diego and Alejandro Banega have started a new project for the World Championship "Ireland 2017".

25 TWO SCHOOLS FEST PRESENT THE ITALIAN OPEN NOVEMBER 2015 The last weekend, the instructors Paco Ferrando V Degree- President of the Fest, and Alejandro Banega VI Degree - Coach of the national team, traveled with their respective Schools (Tae Benidorm and Taekwon-do BANEGA) representing FEST at Open Italy which took place in the city of Legnano- Milan on Sunday 29 November.

26 BOARD MEETING DECEMBER 2015 The last Saturday December 19, the Board of the Spanish Taekwon- Do Federation ITF met at the headquarters of the Federation. We were preparing the year 2016 and work to continue working together and have the Federation we all want as well as follow up the level of Spanish Taekwon-Do ITF. Union make force!!!
