8 Rosters & DPs 2004 & 2003 = 18 players 2002/2001 & 2000/1999 = 20 Players Developmental Players (DPs) Players on the bubble for Academy who will benefit from more playing ;me on second level teams Opportuni;es to train with Academy teams Can play in up to 6 games with Academy teams

9 2017 DA Season Timeline Training 4 x week star;ng in August Fall Season (10-15 Games) Spring Season (10-15 Games) Playoffs in July Par;cipa;on in 2 of 3 Showcases: December April July

10 2018 Season & Time Off The DA Calendar is based on a 10 month season By 2018 the DA will mandate specific weeks off in June, July, December and January

11 Gaming Rules Based on interna;onal rules with modifica;ons for youth level Limited subs;tu;ons across 3 subbing opportuni;es No Re-entry 25% start rate for all players Rules s;ll a work in progress

12 High School Soccer and Other Sports DA Players ARE NOT allowed to play high school soccer DA Players ARE allowed to play other sports so long as they do not interfere with their ability to commit to all DA training sessions and games.

13 Costs & Financial Aid DA Cost: $2,500 + team travel costs All players who meet our club requirements for financial aid and submit their applica;on and suppor;ng documents on ;me will receive financial aid. Teams are encouraged to fundraise to offset costs (November Nights, Opening Day, etc.)

14 Girls DAII LAGSD is collabora;ng with other Southwest Conference DA clubs to form a DAII league that will bridge the gap for aspiring academy players or players not yet ready to make the commitment to the full DA Program designed to mirror the DA program Will follow same gaming rules as DA

17 DA vs. DAII DA Cost: $2,500 + travel 4 prac;ces/week High School: NO 2 or 3 DA Showcases based upon each age group DAII Cost: $2,250 + travel 3 prac;ces/week High School: S;ll up for discussion with US Soccer 3 College Showcases

18 Coaching Requirements By 2021 All DA Coaches will be required to have a minimum of a USSF B License
