Logistical information Accommodation (World Cup Rules Art. 13) Booking according the FIS Rules via FIS Online registration system The OC offers following accommodation (full board included) in Kranjska Gora: 4* Kompas Hotel, Ramada Hotel & Suits, Ramada Resort: 92 per person in double room 110 per person in single room Additional information about the accommodation will be given to the teams after receiving preliminary entry and accommodation request Price for additional accommodation outside of the quota: 92 per person in double room 110 per person in single room 137 per person in single use room Transport (World Cup Rules Art. 11) Official airport: Ljubljana (LJU)
The organizing committee will arrange transportation between the airports and the hotels. 1 transport (from and to the airport) free of charge. Price for additional transport: 90 for max 7 persons. Information of the Shuttle service: shuttle service will be provided for teams without their own transport. Payment (World Cup Rules Art. 10 and 13) Accommodation costs: Teams will pay directly in their hotels (persons from the pay lists will be paid by the OC directly). Carrying costs/reimbursement: All payment will be done by bank transfer. Waxing facilities (World Cup Rules Art. 14) Wax cabins: available from Monday, 15/01/2018 at 09:00 Waxing trucks: teams arriving with trucks have to inform the OC before 11/12/2017 with exact measurements of the truck and other requirements. The keys of the cabins are available at Race Office (at OC Office before Wednesday, 17/01/2018) and must be return to the same place on the day of departure. The deposit for keys is 100 EUR/team. Regulations of radio equipment: The radio frequencies need to be authorized by the regulatory authority. Please send your frequencies to info.box@akos-rs.si for authorisation. Regulations of Visa: Remember that citizens of some countries will need visa for visiting Slovenia. Please check with your embassy if you need a visa for Slovenia. For an official letter of invitation, please send a request to planica@sloski.si Special permissions for truck driving (Sunday- and night, other days with special regulations) Teams must give information when they are arriving to the venue. Toll tariff for the use is available on: http://www.dars.si/dokumenti/toll/toll_system_and_roads/karavanke_tunnel_46 0.aspx Income tax information for prize money: The current Slovenian tax rate for non-resident athletes is 15% (except USA). The income tax will be deducted and paid directly to the Slovenian Tax Authority by the OC according to the Slovenian tax legislation.
