I am honored to provide the President s message as your next NMTA President. I say Next instead of New because this is not a New position for me, and I am anxious to help restore the NMTA to some of the old ways that have been forgotten along the way as well as bring some fresh ways of doing things going forward. We really enjoyed seeing and visiting with old friends and meeting some new ones. We hope that everyone enjoyed the convention and got some new inspiration from the seminars and/or the judges. We were excited to have it back in Albuquerque for the 1 st time since 2004 when the NMTA hosted the 2004 Western Regional s. I am also excited to announce that the 2016 Summer Meeting WILDLIFE WEST EDGEWOOD, NM Date: Sat. JULY 9, 2016 Time: 10:00 am All NMTA members are cordially invited to The 2016 Summer Meeting/Seminar to be held at the Wildlife West Nature Park in Edgewood, NM. We will be setting up a Western Regional s Convention Committee at the Summer meeting, so don t miss it, we need everyone s help so we can show all the other western states that the NMTA can put on an Awesome Event. Bill Bowen NMTA President Seminar Purpose: To assist the Mule Deer Foundation in conservation awareness.
