About the Dolphins Celebrating 125 years of community sport Eastern Suburbs Cricket Club has a long and distinguished tradition in the Sydney Grade Cricket Competition, in junior participation and junior representative cricket. This year we celebrate 125 years of providing cricket in the Eastern Suburbs. The Club is run by volunteers through a Board of Management and a hard-working group of parent and player volunteers. The club s President is iconic cricket figure Jim Maxwell. Easts is committed to providing the best cricket structures in the Sydney Grade Cricket and South Eastern Junior Cricket, which is overseen by two-time World Cup winner Michael Bevan and his coaching staff. All junior cricketers are supported through a high-performance program by Brendan Lyon and Lee Kirk. NSW Representatives Peter Nevill, Nic Maddinson and Will Somerville play in our First Grade side. Our junior club has more than 700 male and female players from 4-16 from In2Cricket, through to competition and representative cricket. Easts is on of only two clubs in Sydney who have both junior and senior players in one club. We are the largest integrated cricket club in Australia. By partnering with the Dolphins you will be supporting the provision of a quality cricket pathway right from the junior levels to First Grade and beyond. 2

A typical player Easts Cricket Club brings together like-minded parents and players to encourage a love of the game and a team spirit. Our parents build networks and relationships that foster long term connections. The 2018-2019 Season The cricket season runs from September to April. On any given weekend we will have around 50 kids teams playing from Friday night to Sunday afternoon. We have PGs, Green Shield, 6th, 5th, 4th, 3rd, 2nd and 1st Grade teams playing across the weekend. SPONSORSHIP PROPOSAL Sponsorship Opportunities We have three categories of sponsorship over a season. Club Sponsorship Level 1. Major Sponsor $25,000 Level 2. Minor Sponsor $10,000 Level 3. Supporting Sponsor $5,000 Corporate Lunch Sponsor Principal Lunch Sponsor $25,000 Supporting Sponsor $10,000 Girls Program Sponsor Principal sponsor girls program $10,000 Each level provides significant benefit to the organisations who support the club. The level of sponsorship will be reflected in the brand exposure received. Not all levels of sponsorship include the provision of shirt branding or social media branding. Easts will work with each sponsor to develop a personalised partnership program that meets the needs of the sponsor. 7

Minor Sponsor Commitment: $10,000 Right to nominate logo placement (smaller than major sponsor) on the front right or left collar, or sleeve for all junior and senior one day and training jersey and junior coach s jersey. Sponsor receives the second level of promotion via Easts online portals such as the club website, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram. Invitations to selected Easts networking functions. Sponsor logo to be included in all communications to Easts supporters, players and parents. Access to promote sponsor s involvement via newsletters, photos and videos Half page advertisement in Annual Report Second right of refusal for corporate lunch and girls program sponsorship. Level 3. Supporting Sponsor Commitment: $5,000 Right to nominate logo placement (smaller than major and minor sponsor) on the back of all junior and senior one day and training jersey and junior coach s jersey.
