A Reminder from your HOA Maintaining a Healthy Lawn in Florida As a homeowner in Eagle Landing, you are responsible for maintaining not only your home but your lawn. This is not just so that you and your neighbors have a healthy lawn with curb appeal which helps maintain your property values, but it is a requirement of the community s governing documents. The Homeowners Association does regular inspections for compliance with the governing documents and a neglected lawn subjects you to a possible notice of non-compliance. Some of the things to consider in maintaining a healthy lawn include pest and weed control, watering correctly along with regular mowing and fertilization. If you are are unfamiliar with Florida s climate and conditions, you may want to consider the value of a lawn service.
