These have been available online since 2008 and we will continue to produce a digital version which will contain monthly amenity activities, clubhouse specials and community events. Changes to the exterior of your home such as changing paint color on the house, front door, shutters, adding a pool, a screen enclosure, a fence, extending the patio, putting in an outdoor fireplace/fire pit, or drastically revamping your landscape MUST be approved by the ARC prior to any constructions/modification taking place. Forms are available online at New to Eagle Landing - Stop in at the Athletic Center or contact Rachael Welch at rwelch@eastwestc.com or ext 116 to make an appointment. This is where you ll obtain amenity access and other important information. The appointment takes about 15 minutes - totally harmless. Basic HOA Guidelines - Recycling and Yard waste is picked up on Friday; Garbage on Monday. Please park your containers at the curb no earlier than 5pm the evening before and after pickup, remove as soon as possible. Garbage receptacles are to be stored out of view from the street and adjoining properties. And it s the growing season so lawns and those pesky weeds will need attention more frequently. CDD Reminders: With summer break right around the corner, golf cart usage by the younger crowd amps up. Revisit the guidelines at Cart Rules. Reader s Digest version: Golf carts are not allowed on the bike paths/sidewalk but have been permitted for street use within Eagle Landing by Clay County. Personal golf carts used on the golf course during play must match the fleet of Eagle Landing Golf Course carts and all golf carts used within Eagle Landing must be registered.
