Format consists of two person teams playing 5 9-hole matches. Teams will be flighted according to combined handicap indexes. Teams may have a maximum handicap differential of 10 or less. A golf cart is defined as: a motor vehicle that is designed and manufactured for operation on a golf course for sporting or recreational purposes and that is not capable of exceeding speeds of 20 miles per hour. ( A four wheel ATV or go-cart is not a golf cart) - A golf cart may not be operated on public roads or streets by any person under the age of 14. -A golf cart must be operated on the roadway as it is considered a motor vehicle and can not be operated on a sidewalk. 10 ARC Approves all residential exterior change(s) and/or improvement(s). Most items are listed under Article IV of the Covenant & Restrictions. Detached Structures and Objects: Relating to pet houses, greenhouses, storage buildings, fuel storage, clothes lines, workshops, trash cans, A/C units, pool equipment, solar heating, etc. shall be screened to the extent possible, and require ARC approval. Temporary or Movable Structures: Relating to construction trailers, sheds, toilets, mobile homes, etc. Grading and Drainage of lots: Builder to meet all requirements for grading and drainage. We will address problems for approximately the duration of the one-year builder warranty, depending on the situation. No window A/C units The following require ARC approval: Exterior color change Fences, hedges and or landscape change/addition Antennas/satellite dishes Exterior additions: pool/screen/patio/room/etc. All recreational and play structures Exterior concrete: driveway/patio/pavers/etc. Window Coverings: No reflective window coverings, unsightly objects, all shall appear neutral. HOA Enforcement of Covenant & Restrictions. Most items are listed under Article V of the Covenant & Restrictions. Nuisances: Activity which is an annoyance or nuisance to others. Off-street Operations of Motor Vehicles: NO motorized vehicles to be operated on the property off of paved roads and drives Noise: From 12:00 midnight to 7:30 am no noise shall be audible to beyond the boundaries of the property. Pets & Animals: Contact Animal Control Hunting, Trapping and Firearms Vehicular Restrictions: No repair and overhauling. No over-sized vehicles, commercial vehicles, boats, boat trailers, motor homes, etc. may be parked in the street or driveway for more than 24 hours. Property Maintenance: Garbage, debris, unsightly objects, yard upkeep, landscaping, easements, overall property maintenance including exterior building. Garage doors to remained closed.
