Goal and Target Groups of Training Programme Overall Goal of Training Programm: Supporting cities and towns to develop and implement City Sanitation Plans Target groups: Decision-makers and experts at city and state level confronted with challenges of CSP development and implementation in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Maharashtra.
