Thank you to everyone that came out and participated in the tournament. A big thank you to all of our sponsors. If you are out and about and stop by their place of business, be sure to send a big thanks for supporting the tournament. Tournament recap and information. For all details, please view our website under tournament results. All together, we had 173 people register and participate in the 42 nd annual tournament. We had youngsters, husband and wife pairs, and not-as-youngsters come from North Dakota, Minnesota, and Illinois for an all around fun weekend. The weather was a mid-summer heat blast with clear skies for most of the weekend. The weather didn t cooperate as we wished, but still managed to snap 48 photos of hot and sweaty smiles with their catches with it. Our 2018 longest release of the weekend was a 47.5, which went to Pete Ross. Our 2018 points winner, with 61.75 points and 4 fish, was Jeremiah Wolf. Gil Hamm: Other Tournaments 12 Chapters attended this years Gil Hamm. 94 Muskie Inc members participated with 20 teams. 1st day: 61 fish caught, 2nd day: 39, and the last day: 19. Star of the North won with 18 fish total points 274 a new record. 2nd was Bemidji/Cass 1 16 fish 224.5 points. 3rd place was Bemidji/Cass 2 12 fish 158.5 points. 4th place Wausau 1 with 10 fish, 144 points. 5th place was Shawnee Muskie Hunters with 8 fish 128 points. 6th place was 1st Wisc 1 with 8 fish 94 points. 1st Wisc 2 place 16th with 2 fish 29.6 points. Total fish caught during the tournament was 119. Looking forward to 2019 Gil Hamm. Alliance Raffle The raffle winners have been posted. The bad news is that none of the tickets were sold by our chapter. The good news is that we have better odds at selling a winner next year! (If that is how odds work..)
