COMPETITION RULES: FIS ICR Rules will apply. Athletes must have a valid FIS License. TRANSPORTATION: Each Nation should make their own airline and ground transportation arrangements. Your team should make arrangements to fly to Salt Lake City, UT (SLC). We recommend you rent a van from the airport and plan for a 40 minute drive or 60km to Park City, UT via I-80. INSURANCE: All competitors are to be insured by their own Ski Association DOPING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES: The FIS is committed to maintaining the integrity of all ski competitions. In order to prevent the use of forbidden substances or methods, doping controls can be carried out at any FIS sanctioned event. COMPETITION OFFICE and ACCREDITATION The Competition Office will be located at the Utah Olympic Park. Upon arrival and before training all team leaders must report to the competition office for check-in and accreditation. Team check-in must be completed before using the competition venue. A map and location will be provided before arrival. Officials travel reimbursement will be taken care of following the TCM on 18 th as well as all payments from teams lodging. Acceptable forms of payment are: Credit Card, Euros, and Dollars. Race Secretary will have invoices ready following TCM. TEAM STAGING and WAXING FACILITIES The Utah Olympic Park will provide team staging facilities and waxing area for athletes and teams. A facility map will be sent to the team captains prior to arriving in Park City.
