This year Baltic Cup 2018 will take place in Rokiškis, Lithuania at The Rokiškis District Centre of Physical Education and Sports Shooting Range, from 07 June to 10 June 2018. DATES OF THE COMPETITION: Arrival Unofficial training Technical Meeting Opening Ceremony Competitions Departure 07th June 07th June 07th June 08th June 08th June 10th June 11th June Weapons and equipment control is held every competition day from 07:30. RESULTS AND EVALUATION: The winner in each event gets so many points which are equal to number of participants in one of the events with maximum number of shooters. The 2nd, 3rd and other places points depend on shooters' quantity in the event. There will be formula for each event to calculate points for each shooter. Px points for shooter in place X M max quantity of shooters in one of the events = points for the 1st place in all events. N number of shooters in the concrete event S value of step for the concrete event S= M/N (number of shooters in one of the events with max quantity of participants divided with number of shooters in concrete event). Step will be calculated with hundredth (2 numbers after point). P2= M-S P3= M-2S P4= M-3S Value of the step in each event will be different, according to amount of participants in concrete event. The last place in each event gets 1 point. National team s result consists of points got from 16 shooters' points irrespective of event and sex The competition is an individual and the number of participants is not limited. Each nation can start with unlimited shooters in each event, but only 3 shooters, appointed until 07th of May, make points for the team. After the competitions 16 best results of the competitors will be summed up and according to this the national ranking list will be published. The winner will be awarded with the challenge cup. Awards: Victory medals for the 3 best shooters in each event and age category. The winner country team will be awarded with the competition cup Baltic Cup. 2 psl. iš 6
RULES: The competition will be conducted in accordance with the ISSF Official Statutes, Rules and Regulations and ESC Statutes and General Regulations. The competition organizing committee reserves the right to change the competition instructions, when changing the ISSF General Rules and Regulations. THE VENUE: The Rokiškis District Centre of Physical Education and Sports Shooting Range is in the Rokiškis, J. Basanavičiaus str. 13. It is located at 164 km from International Airport and 164 km from Kaunas International Airport. Rokiškis Shooting Range has: 25 m shooting range, pistol cal.22lr: 10 targets 50 m shooting range: 25 targets 10 m shooting range: 8 targets ENTRY PROCESS Preliminary Entry and Final Entry forms are added on this letter of invitation. Travelling to Lithuania from EU membership country require only a European Firearms pass. Transportation of air weapons (.177) in Republic of Lithuania is free. All nations who do not belong to the European Union have to fill Firearm and Ammunition Form and send to bcorg2018@gmail.com to register their small bore rifles and pistols as well as the proper ammunition. Please send form till 16 MAY 2018. Before competition you will receive a General Permission from Lithuania. Please make sure, that all delegation leaders and athletes arriving or leaving alone will carry the general permission as well as the list of all online registered firearms and ammunition to be presented to the customs!!! Firearm and ammunition storage: Gun storage for firearms, equipment and ammunition will be provided at the The Rokiškis District Centre of Physical Education and Sports Shooting Range. The shooters will not be allowed to carry their Firearms to the hotel rooms. A storage space will be provided also for equipment bags at the shooting ranges.
