SPRING 2019 OESA Payment Overview and Collection Procedures OESA Futures (U6-U10) & Juniors (U11-U14) Overview The payment and timely collection of fees is a critical component to establishing long-term viability for our Program. It is also one of the most difficult. We have spent a tremendous amount of time establishing fees that balance the needs of our club and the resources of our families. We firmly believe when families experience the professional training and coaching as well as character development of their sons and daughters, they will realize a tremendous return on their modest investment. Collection Procedures Families have two options when making fee payments: o o Fees can be paid by mail all in Full or financed by making a non-refundable deposit and three payments spread throughout each season Please note that financing carries an additional charge for each payment. These payments can only be arranged this way: Automatic payment from a Visa, MasterCard, DiscoverCard or American Express Credit Card. Please fill out the correct payment form (In Full or Payment Plan) attached. Fees may be paid through our online portal. Go to www.ohioelite.com and follow the instructions to pay online. Fees can be paid by mail with a Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card or American Express Credit Card. Please use one of the two payment forms available below and send to Ohio Elite Soccer Academy, 256 East Sharon Road,. You may also pay online by credit card by following the instructions at our web site at www.ohioelite.com. These are the only accepted forms of payment. We will not process payments unless they are made via the above methods. Deposits sent without the proper paperwork will be returned and your child s position on a team not confirmed. Please note all fees paid are non-refundable for players that quit once their position has been accepted. In the case of a season ending injury, fees may be prorated against the remaining season and credited towards the next season s fees. Payment Procedure All payments or deposits are due by January 5, 2019. Any payment or deposit not received by July 5 th will jeopardize the player s position on the team. This position would then be offered to the next available player. There are no exceptions to this policy. **For families that may have more than one player in the club, a multi-family discount plan is available. A 10% discount will be applied to each additional child after your first. If you have three kids in the program then your second and third child will get a 10% discount. As well, the discount will be applied to the higher fees. If you are applying a family discount, YOU MUST APPLY THE 10% & YOUR FEES MUST BE PAID BY MAIL AS THE ONLINE FEE PAY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS THE DISCOUNT!!!

2019 OHIO ELITE FIELD FEES All OESA Players will be charged field fees except U6-U10 (2013-2009) and U14 OESA East (2005) players. Field Fees cover expenses associated with the maintenance of the OESA Training Facility in West Chester and any rental of training or game fields per season. U11-U14 (2008-2005) OESA teams will have two payments of $150.00/season for a total of $300.00. The field fees will be paid with the Team fees each season. All Field Fees are Non-Refundable. U6-U8 (2013-2011) 2018-2019 OHIO ELITE FEES INCLUDE: Players participating in our U6-U8 (2013-2011) program will participate in 2 training sessions per week and also participate in the Elite Players League (EPL). The EPL will consist of a 7-8 game schedule per season. All registration, administrative, league, referees, coaching and training fees are included in the U6-U8 (2013-2011) team fee. U9-U10 (2010-2009) Players participating with our U9-U10 (2010-2009) teams will participate in 2 training sessions per week and also participate in league play. League play will consist of an 8-10 game season in the Elite Players League (EPL) and/or Greater Cincinnati Soccer League (GCSL). Teams will also participate in 3 competitive tournaments per season. Tournaments will be chosen based on the competitive level of each team. Players will be assigned to teams according to ability level. After the tryout process Ohio Elite Soccer Academy Directors will evaluate the competitive ability level of each team and assign them accordingly. The Ohio Elite Academy Team is the highest level team followed by the Ohio Elite Academy Gold, Ohio Elite Academy Navy and Ohio Elite Academy Red. All registration, administrative, leagues, tournament, referee, coaching and training fees are included in the U9-U10 (2010-2009) team fee.
