(CONCEPT) WILD WEST KIDS is an interactive and educational exhibition for children; this project is designed specially for shopping centers. Children will experience an amazing adventure, will learn about the Wild West, will be surrounded by specific architectural elements and will get involved in exciting games. Children will visit a town in the desert, explore a gold mine, collect gold, race horses, play exciting games around the bonfire, visit the Indian village, shoot the bandits and take funny pictures of the Wanted posters. Target public: 3 to 10 years old children. setup: all the architectural elements and additional space have ~200 sqm. The event layout is versatile, the architectural elements can be placed separately, following an itinerary from a location to another, like a real adventure, according to each shopping center architecture (up to 7 different locations). Workshops: possibility to organize exciting workshops for children (face paintings, Indian crafts, building bows etc). Duration: up to 60 minutes for each organized children group. RENTAL period: 23 days including 4 weekends (recommended). Click here for a video presentation

n? / m KEY FACTS V PROPS The authentic atmosphere will be recreated by placing the most important Wild West props. Children will be able to enter the gold mine, to touch the objects, living an authentic adventure. INTERACTIVITY Besides the educational aspect, kids will be involved in interactive activities: harvesting the gold from the mine, the horse race, the horseshoe game, the duel with the bandis, Indian dances, funny pictures with Wanted posters etc. Educational Children will learn about Wild West by participating in an interactive adventure, under the guidance of trained adults. ENTERTAINERS Usually, there are 1 or 2 main entertainers and three or four assistants/shift, depending on each the needs of each shopping center. k { \ DURATION The duration of an adventure for one group of children is of up to 60 minutes. The duration is flexible and can be adjusted according to the number of children who attend the event. The length of each event is estimated to 5/10/15 minutes, but can be adjusted depending on the number of participants. The event can be organized in each shopping center for 9 days (2 weekends), 16 days (3 weekends) or 23 days (including 4 weekends) or more. The rental period is flexible and can be adjusted to your needs. CHILDREN GROUPS Organized groups of up to 30 children will start and finish together the adventure, guided by trained adults. Each shopping center has the option to sell tickets for this educative adventure. The ticket price is established by each shopping center. EVENT LAYOUT 200 sqm, sum of all the architectural elements having ~120 sqm plus additional space of 80-130 sqm. The elements can be arranged separately, so it is not necessary only one area of 200 sqm. FLEXIBILIY Each shopping center can adapt the event accordingly with its budget. More or less workshops, shorter or longer moments, so the Wild West adventure fits to any shopping center needs.

Entrance into the Wild West

<THE ADVENTURE STARTS> The Wild West adventure begins with dressing up the group of children. Several types of costumes and accessories are available. Girls and boys costumes will be available, suitable for all ages. Children may choose the outfits and accessories they want to wear. The entertainers will also be dressed as cowboys or Indians.

The DESERT TOWN

, <The DESERT TOWN> / n V DURATION 5-7 minutes PROPS The main buildings in a Wild West town: Bank, Saloon, Sheriff. SCENARIO After getting dressed in their themed costumes, children will visit the desert town. The entertainer will tell children how such a town was organized, how people lived, and which the most important buildings and characters of Wild West were. From here, all children will go into the mountains on a gold rush.

The GOLD MINE

<The GOLD MINE> / n V DURATION 10 minutes N / PROPS Gold mine, picks, dynamite, wagon, lanterns, wood etc. SCENARIO Children will enter inside the mine to find gold. They will see gold nuggets on the mine walls. Together with the entertainer, they will place dynamite to extract the gold. After the dynamite is placed in position, the kids will come out and press the plunger of the detonator. The noise of a loud explosion will be heard from the mine and small rocks and gold nuggets will fall from the ceiling. Children will get back into the mine and to look for the gold nuggets. This mechanism is controlled by the entertainer using a remote control: a hatch hidden in the mine ceiling will open and rocks and gold mine ceiling will fall down Children will gather all the gold, put it in a sack and place it inside the mine cart. They will leave the mine with the wagon full of gold. The kids can buy now with their gold a horse for each of them - head sticks horse they can ride along the entire adventure. Hurray!

The HORSE RACE

2 <The HORSE RACE> / n V DURATION 10 minutes PROPS Horse race, cactus, doors, horseshoes. SCENARIO Children will enter the horse race. The horses are actually pony-cycle toys that children can safely ride, offering a riding experience which is close to reality. While on horseback, children push the stirrups downwards and rise up off the saddle, then they sit on the saddle while bending their knees. These repeated movements will mechanically actuate the horse that will move forwards. The entertainer will organize races for every 5 children. At the end of the race all kids will be rewarded with sheriff badges.

COWBOY CAMPFIRE

<COWBOY CAMPFIRE> / DURATION 10-15 minutes & J n V PROPS cowboy campfire, wagon, horses, logs, fire, guitar, harmonica. SCENARIO Children will gather around the artificial fire, sitting on logs. The entertainer will tell children how the cowboys made camp. He will teach children a song and play the harmonica. The children can climb and explore the Wild West wagon. A horseshoe pitching game will be organised in the camp - the children will have to toss horseshoes at stakes in the ground. Another game, hitting the canned food, will entertain the kids.

The INDIANS

/ n V )The INDIANS( DURATION 5 minutes s PROPS Wigwams (Indian tent), tomahawks, pipes, Indian feather ornaments, bows, arrow, artificial fire, totem. SCENARIO Children will arrive into the Indian village where they will learn about Indians and their history. They can enter inside the tent and will learn how a teepee tent is build. Children will find a statue of an Indian standing in this village, with many elements missing. These elements are found scattered in small Indian village: Indian feathers, bow, arrows, tomahawks, clothing items. The entertainer will urge children to put all these elements together to reconstruct a true Indian. All children will dance around the fire and will chant specific Amerindian sounds.

FIGHTING the BANDITS

FIGHTING the BANDITS / n V DURATION 5 minutes PROPS cacti, windmill, desert, bank, bandits, pistols. SCENARIO Children will fight the evil bandits. The entertainer will tell children about gangs, about the robberies, about the famous bandits Billy the Kid, Jesse James and Butch Cassidy, and about the duels they had with the sheriffs. All children will have toy guns and the entertainer will explain the scenario: three bandits have just robbed a bank and have bumped into the cowboys and sheriffs (the children). The 2D bandits can be lied on the floor using a remote control. At the entertainer s signal, the kids will draw their pistols and shoot the bandits. The entertainer will operate the remote control and all the bandits will fall down, just like the children would have shot them down. The kids will carry the money and gold bags back to the bank.

WANTED

WANTED \ / n V DURATION 5-10 minutes PROPS Wanted posters with trimmed face, jail, artificial mustaches. SCENARIO All children, with their parents, can have their funny pictures taken with trimmed face Wanted posters. There will be several models of false mustaches on a handle that can be used for funny pictures. Finally, all kids will receive a diploma for their courage, creativity and team spirit they proved while on their Wild West adventure.

n V DECORATIVE ISLANDS % props Decorative islands with Wild West elements. SCENARIO Decorative islands in the mall. The islands will contain elements of the Wild West and will be positioned in different areas of the mall to advertise the event. Shopping center s visitors can take photos near these decorative islands.

VENUE information Necessary space: 200 sqm sum of all the architectural elements having ~120 sqm plus additional space of 80-130 sqm. The elements can be arranged separately, so it is not necessary only one area of 200 sqm. Rental period: minimum 14 days. transportation: one truck. Event staff: 1 entertainer and 2/3 assistants each shift. They will receive the scripts, so they will know what information should be given to the children (personnel not provided by our team). installation: 1 day x 8 hours, 4-6 local workers, 2 Wild West Kids supervisors. dismantling: 1 day x 8 hours, 4-6 local workers, 2 Wild West Kids supervisors. Necessary equipment for installing and dismantling: 1 forklift, 2 pallet trucks, 1 ladder. Necessary systems: 220 V power. Dry cleaning the thematic costumes: Every 14 days.
