Package hunts do not include any air travel, pre- and post safari accommodation and meals, ammunition, any gratuities, and all items of personal nature. DEPOSIT REQUIRED Package Hunt 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings, whereby the balance is required before the hunt. Normal Hunt 50% of daily rate to confirm booking, balance of payment on completion of Hunt. All payments to be made in cash, bank transfers or traveler s checks. All prices quoted are based on the exchange rate of the Rand versus Dollar at the time the rates were established (September 2010). If the exchange rate of the Rand versus Dollar fluctuates, we reserve the right to adjust the rate accordingly. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be refunded subject to the resale of the package. The deposit will not be lost if the hunt is rebooked later.
