How will this help me? If you are new or returning to exercise, walking not only offers the opportunity to improve your fitness at a pace that suits you, but also provides people with the opportunity to meet others in friendly groups. We will endeavour to contact walkers where possible in these circumstances but if we are not able to contact you we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
