To My 2 nd Family Our Friends in the GE Ski Club, I, along with the Jakubowski Family, would like to thank you all for the sympathy cards, Mass cards, notes and e-mails, food, calls of concern, attending the Wake and Funeral, memorial banners, flower arrangements and the unique floral spray sent to the funeral home at the time of the passing of my Husband, Bob, and their dear Brother and Uncle, Robert Jake Jakubowski. It was greatly appreciated and will always be remembered. I personally would like to thank Brian Hackley for his quick actions and clear thinking in getting immediate medical help and also having Emergency 911 called. I thank Dr. V.R. Mannava and John McCabe for their heroic efforts in trying to revive Bob. Also, I thank Andy Reath for assessing the situation and coordinating. Many thanks to Mike Agen, Jim White, and Rosemary Forsti for your assistance. Kathy White and Andy, thank you for coming to get me at the house..as I wasn t able to drive to the hospital with that cast on my foot/leg.
