AMERICAN SINGLES GOLF ASSOCIATION COLUMBIA CHAPTER NEWSLETTER FOR JULY 2007 MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT The summer is here. It is hot and will get warmer! But, it is never too hot to golf, so make plans to attend the planned outings. I know July will be a busy month for us as we have much planned. So make plans to attend as many events as possible and let us see your lovely face. I want to remind you all about our outing in October at Cheraw State Park. The dates are October 12 th, 13 th and 14 th. The cabins are rented for Friday and Saturday nights and each will accommodate 4 comfortably. I have reserved 5, which should do well for our group. I will need a commitment from you by the August 20 th meeting. So, check your calendars, football schedules, etc. This will be a fun time for our group and it will be good weather and great golf at one of our favorite courses. Gamecocks are AWAY that weekend!!! This is a busy month for us! Don t forget the regular outings, the Canoe Trip on the 14 th and hopefully many of you have signed up for the North/South Challenge in.
