Organisator Name & Adress : ONG TIC2F Register in BENIN 01 BP 2210 Cotonou Republic of BENIN 2. Dates & Venue. Tournament will be played in 2 steps in Benin National Phase February 2018 Only for Academies from Benin International - April 2018 2 nd to 8 th April 2018 BENIN Teams Arrivals March 31 th 2018 at 3pm. 3. Teams registration Registration on June 1st to November 30th, 2017 on www.tic2f.org 3 academies from Benin + 9 academies from West and Central Africa
How to participate? After sending of the registration form, each Academy (from West and Central Africa) Will pay 400 US dollars as Caution + 400 US Dollars as participation fees when is chosen Deadline January 5th 2018. All Academy who doesn t pay in this timing will be disqualified. Feeding : All about hotels & food are provided by Organisation Committee for 24 persons (20 players + staff) 4. Match Duration All games will play in order of International Football Association Board (IFAB) rules. Match duration Group Stage : 30 minutes x 2 Final : 40 minutes x 2 5. Referees All Referees will be from : La Fédération béninoise de Football. (Benin FA) The Refere will give the final Result to the Tournament Board after each match. 7. Age group
Only players with ID CARD valid at least until December 31th, 2018 can play. Only players borned in 2000, 2001 et 2002 can play. Players born on 2003 and after are not qualified. - All National Team players are welcome if they fill the conditions. 8. Team List List sending & color copies of ID CARDS Priority List + additionnal list On January 5 th,2018 The Teams Managers of each academy will send to tournoidecotonou@yahoo.fr : - Color copies of ID CARD of maximum 25 players (pre-selected). - Informations on List : Players name, number, position & dates of birth Final list On March 10th, 2018 (12pm), The Teams Managers of each Academy has to send to tournoidecotonou@yahoo.fr : - The final list of 20 players with jersey number - Othewise, the team will be disqualified and replaced. (Only 50% of paid fees will be given) Match sheet : All 20 players included substitutes and keepers can play. Any team cannot make more than 10 substitutions / match Jersey Number : each player will use only one number during all tournament. 9. Tournament System 12 teams 2 groups. Group A & B. 6 teams/ group. 5 group match/ team + 1 ranking match Final : 1 st Group A 1 st Group B : Ranking matches Match for 3 rd & 4 th places : 2 nd Group A - 2 nd Group B Match for 5 th & 6 th places : 3 rd Group A 3 rd Group B Match for 7 th & 8th places : 4 th Group A 4 th Group B Match for 9 th & 10 th places : 5 th Group A 5 th Group B Match for 11 th & 12 th places : 6 th Group A 6 th Group B
Program in details will be available few months before Opening day on www.tic2f.org Draw will be made at teams arrivals 2 days before The opening day - A1 : Benin 1 (Academy with high numbers of points after Benin national Round. - B1 : Winner 2017 (if he filled all conditions) When 2 teams of same country (outside Benin) are invited, they will not play i the same group. 11. Points System & match duration. Win : 3 points Draw : 1 point Lost : 0 In case of two teams have same points a) Game between two teams b) Higher Goal scored c) Best goal average d) Fair play e) Best Defense Group Stage 2 X 30 minutes. (Half Time 10 minutes) Final : 2 x 40 minutes. Penalties if draw after regular time (80 minutes). Ranking games 2 X 30 minutes. (Half Time 10 minutes) Penalties if draw after regular time (60 minutes). 12. Jersey Colors The away team (named in second position in official program) will change color if necessary. 13. Disciplinary Red card: Direct Red Card means automatically missing of next game (may be more if Tournament Board s decide). Yellow card 3 yellow cards in row means missing of next match
14. Appeals. All appeals against a decision have to be reported to the Board after the match. No appeal can be make against a decision of the Referee during the match. 15. Tournament Authorization. The Committee of organisation will get all requiries authorization. 16. Rewarding Trophy and some gift will be given to all academies. 18. Insurance & Health Each team is responsible of Insurance of players before coming and play the tournament. During tournament, all medical emergency case will be paid by The Organisation Committee. 19. Costs Each team will provide his international transport fees and all fees the Organisation Committee don t write on Regulations and Agreement. 20. Agreement.
