Contact: Danette Fuhrer danettenw@q.com 360-748-1709 Location: Southwest Washington Fairgrounds Dairy Barn 2555 North National Avenue Chehalis, WA 98532 Sponsor: Danette and Joe Fuhrer of Kindlehope Farm Directions: If you access to Mapquest.com or a GPS use the location address provided above to find the fairgrounds. Otherwise: Coming from the south on I-5: Exit I-5 at the Chamber Way (79) and turn right at the end of the on ramp. Proceed straight on Chamber Way to National Avenue and turn left onto National Avenue. Stay in the left-hand lane. National Avenue will turn into Kresky Ave when the roads split into one-way streets. Drive approximately 1.2 miles then turn left onto Exhibitor Rd. This will take you back to National Avenue (straight ahead you will be able to see the show barn). Turn left onto National Avenue and immediately get into the right lane for a quick right into the fairgrounds. Coming from the north on I-5: Exit I-5 at the Mellen Street (81) exit and turn left to go under I-5. Follow Mellen Street to Pearl Street (the road changes names a couple of times Mellen to Alder to Cherry). Turn right onto Pearl Street and follow the road up over the via duct. Pearl Street turns into National Avenue on the other side of the via duct. Approximately 1.5 miles down the road you will come to the fairgrounds.

Big Top Boer Goat & the JABGA Regional Arrival Time: Unloading time starts at 12 pm on Friday, July 15, 2016 and will continue up to the time shows begin Saturday morning. There is ample unloading room but vehicles must be moved from the show barn area immediately after unloading and moved to designated fairground parking areas. Health Checks: All animals must undergo a health check before being unloaded at the show. Any animal showing signs of disease, external parasites, ringworm or abscesses (abscesses must be haired-over) will not be eligible to participate in the show and cannot be unloaded on the property. Check your animals carefully before bringing to the show. In the event you discover that an animal you registered is in questionable health after you have registered them, you may bring a healthy substitute animal to show but there will be no refunds of entry fees for unhealthy animals. Camping and Hotels: The SWW Fairground s campground is available at $20.00 per night. Contact the fairgrounds directly to make arrangements for reserving a site: 360-736-6072. Hotel rooms may be hard to come by as the Seattle-to-Portland Bike event is happening again on our weekend. Call early for room! Here s a list of hotels in Tumwater, WA, a 27 minute drive to the Fairgrounds with easy access and in all price ranges: Best Western Tumwater 360-956-1235 Guest House Tumwater Inn 360-943-5040 Comfort Inn Tumwater 360-352-0691 Motel 6 Tumwater 360-754-7320 La Quinta Inn & Suites 360-352-5433 Olympia, WA hotels are only a 30 minute drive from the Fairgrounds and Lacey, WA hotels are only a 33 minute drive away. When called, most of these hotels have ample rooms available. Entries: We encourage entries to be mailed or emailed in time for animals/farms to be included in the show brochure, please mail by July 11, 2016. However, we will accept entries each day of the show from 8:00 am to 9:30 am. All entered goats must have original ABGA registrations papers presented, or, for 0-3 mth kids, stamped copies of the application or the ABGA Temporary Online Registration. All owners are responsible for having their goats tattooed and that tattoos are legible. Illegible or missing tattoos may result in an entry being dismissed from the show at the discretion of the judge. JABGA members MUST have their JABGA membership card with them to check-in at the show.

Big Top Boer Goat & the JABGA Regional Selling Goats: Exhibitors are welcomed to sell goats at the show with a sign on their pen or through flyers displayed beside their pen/tack stall. Any goats present on the show grounds, however, must be entered to show in both ABGA shows and have gone through a health check. Raffle: Who doesn t love a really good raffle? Contact our show secretary if you have something to donate for the show raffle. Donations made before July 11, 2016 will be listed in the program. Please bring your raffle items to the show and deliver them to the raffle table along with one of your business cards or a note letting us know who left the item. Photos: We will offer free photos for ALL winners from blue ribbon class winners to Overall Division winners as jpeg files posted on our website after the show. As much as is possible, we will also allow individual farms to line up their winning goats for a group picture if requested. It adds to the fun to have pictures to remember the moments. ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES We would be pleased to put your advertisement and/or announcement of your Award Sponsorship in our show program and on our Big Top Boer Goat webpage. The show program is provided free to every Boer goat exhibiter and spectator during the two days of the show. Deadline for ads in the show program is July 14, 2015. There are three ways you can advertise your farm and support the Big Top Boer Goat : 1) Place an advertisement in the show program, 2) Be a Division or Overall Champion Award Sponsor, or 3) Donate an item for the show raffle: email Secretary for raffle donations! All advertisers will be included in our show program if submitted before July 11, 2016. program ads are black and white and created with ad-ready copy you provide in jpeg or MS Word format.
