Before the official start of the 2012-2013 school year, Antler supporters in the community wanted to Stun StudEnts with a fresh red stripe from the front door to the gym, shiny silver lettering that boldly Stated School name, and new tables and flooring which showed us how Amazing AntlErs were to them. Flat screen televisions Hung in Hallways and in the commons area, and students ped in to see that the community also supported REnovating Rooms, and even laid new carpet in the hallways and classrooms. Students got to see a fresh Elkhorn High School to help Fulfill FuturEs, and they did not know it could shine so brightly. Whether the students walked to their first classes of their career or their last, the expectations of the school academically and athletically both made us Hold HEads up high. Changing Colors from summer to fall, gave us a symbol of what the school year had in store for us. Football games demonstrated school spirit from the students as we were Edging EnemiEs to make it to the semi-finals. Competitiveness stood out in all sports, and fans were Seeking Stars on the volleyball ct, cross country and golf cses as well as the softball field. Even though they didn't reach their highest goals along the way, they Pushed Passion for Antler pride to the highest level. Activities like Pep Club Soaked with fans. SADD was Serving Stands StudEnts well by showing that Amazing Race. Our talented musicians were Singing Our Songs of Beauty and the Beast all the way to sold out crowds. While all this was happening, we were Juggling Jobs as students, employees and friends, and making us be as one of a kind as we are Harvesting HappinEss. Startling snow days put students in a daze. Pushing the feisty finals until after break. On Friday nights cheering classmates filled the stands to support the girls and boys dribbling their hearts out. Wrestlers had a love-hate relationship with the scale in hopes of staying in their prefered weight class. During every meet cheerleaders pounded on the mats to keep up the pep. Singing students began their show choir season. Keeping "Home" in mind they took the audeince on a trip though love and hardships in a relationship. Splashing into season swim and dive team continued to be combined with Elkhorn South students to compete at it's full potential. During the spirit of giving FBLA held a candy cane sale for students to send sweets to a schoolmate. Seniors bustled their buns in hopes of recieving money to put towards their college funds. Upon entering the classroom, the phones were put away and the working wond rs of students and teachers took place. E Faithful fri nds sat with each other during lunch or walked together to their E classes. During TA, students filled their nine minutes at club meetings or se at spiking for volleyball. At the end of the day, students made their ways to their cars to rushed home to beat the crowd. Many strive d for succe ss and w prepared for their upcoming games or meets. Make sure to thank y patient parents and gentle guardians for all their love and support. All the knowledge you've been given these past twelve years will help you become the best you can be and succeed in all y Exciting EndEavs. Being the last class to have been in the school before it split will stick with the seniors and all the memories that were created with the ever famous "South SidErs." It's been a long tweleve years but we stuck together gaining friends along the way and finding selves in each other. Before accepting that diploma and saying "Good- Bye" thank a teacher and always remember y Antler roots. Congratulations class of 2013 But upon leaving, welcome the seniors of the class of 2014 and maybe even frosh someone one last time.
