Program: THURSDAY 17.8.2017 Teams arrival FRIDAY 18.8.2017 Ladies Grand prix competition 8:00 TCM (at hill) 9:00 official training (2 rounds) + qualification 15.30 trial round 16:30 ladies competition HS 106 SATURDAY 19.8.2017 Ladies Grand prix competition 12:30 qualification 13:30 opening ceremony 14:00 ladies competition HS 106 VENUE Ski Jumping competitions will take place on the Horečky HS-106 Jumping Hill in Skijumping areal of Jiří Raška in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. RESPONSIBILITY: Own insurance and responsibility for all competitors is obligatory. The organizer takes no responsibility for accidents of competitors and third parties. All athletes must be insured through their National Ski Association.
ENTRY APPLICATION The registration needs to be done through the FIS online system. Preliminary entry is set till MON 10.7.2017 (nr. of participants) and entry by names till WED 2.8.2017. FIS rules will apply. The number of participants must comply with SGP/World Cup Rules and Regulations. RACE OFFICE Main bulding at the skijumping hill HS 106 in Frenštát p. R. ACCREDITATION and ACCOMMODATION OFFICE Hotel BARTOŠ, Školská čtvrť 1393, 744 01 Frenštát pod Radhoštěm Accommodation bookings are made by the OC according to the rules. Only the number of accommodations ordered prior to the deadline can be confirmed. ACCOMMODATION The Organizing Committee of VI. Memorial of Jiří Raška takes care of the full board accommodation for the athletes and officials according to FIS rules and quotas, all the bookings and accommodation requests should be sent directly with the Entry form. The bookings for national teams are arranged by the OC according to the teams' requests and sent entries. COMPETITION RULES The competition will be held according to the FIS Ski Jumping Rules. REIMBURSEMENT of the travel expenses Travel costs will be reimbursed by bank transfer. Please provide your complete information related to your bank account during the TCM or by email. PRIZE MONEY The prize money is paid out according to the World Cup Rules by bank transfer (please fill in The Prize Money Form for each athlete). The paid out prize money is subject to the athletes participation in official FIS events. Airport Shuttle All teams that need transport from the official airports Ostrava (CZE), Katowice (POL) and Wien (AUT) must inform OC in advance, latest by July 10.
