CISAA Constitution and Sport Guidelines Organizational Chart Responsibilities 2017-18 (Updated as of June 13 th, 2017.) Constitutional Chairs Distribute the Constitution and Guidelines in June for the upcoming year. Maintain and update the CISAA Constitution. Assure that all levels of the Organizational Chart are functioning Sport Convenors Assure that their Sport Guidelines are up to date and appropriate at all levels of play Be knowledgeable in all aspects of their Sport Guidelines Attend or be represented at their sport coaches meetings in November and /or April Be prepared, when asked, to assist the Disciplinary Review Committee in cases involving the sport. Gather all of their Sport Guideline amendments and forward them to the Constitution Chairs for discussion in June. Coordinate all aspects of the operation and organization of the major CISAA Individual Sport Tournament events. (Cross-country, alpine, swim, snowboarding, badminton, tennis, and track events). Tasks include: Collecting all invoices Arrange permits and documents required by the Athletic Coordinator to invoice schools for their share of participation Provide, through the Athletic Coordinator, insurance liability documentation for the rental venue League Convenors See: CISAA Convenors Responsibilities Appendix 5 Constitution
