The 2015 Greene County Fair 4-H and FFA Goat Show was held on Friday, July 10, at the Greene County Fairgrounds. Four exhibitors competed in the event, which was judged by Nick Enfield of Colfax. The show was organized by goat superintendent Elizabeth Gunn. Due to the Avian Flu outbreak, there were no live chickens at the fair this year. However, this did not stop 4-H and FFA members from participating in the project. Instead, a total of seven youth created educational posters to compete in the event. The show was coordinated and judged by poultry superintendents Amanda McDonough and Sabrina Moeller.

Results of the 2015 Greene County Fair 4-H and FFA Poultry Show were as follows: Purple Ribbon Recipients: Conner Allender, Lucas Fisher, Ty Kenan, Jared Marshall, Megan Palmer, Eliot Schilling, and Jack Schilling Champion Junior Poster: Ty Kenan Champion Senior Poster: Lucas Fisher Champion Overall Poster & Presentation: Jared Marshall The 2015 Greene County Fair 4-H and FFA Rabbit Show was held on Thursday, July 9, at the Greene County Fairgrounds. A total of 14 exhibitors competed in the event, which was judged by Caleb Cox of Paton, Iowa. Mindy Moller also judged the showmanship portion of the show. The show was organized by rabbit superintendents Amanda McDonough and Sabrina Moeller. More than 40 exhibitors competed in the event, which was judged by Jon Declerck of Ames. Bucket calf interviews were conducted by Greene County 4-H volunteers Tanner Lawton and Derek Kennedy. The shows were coordinated by beef superintendents Tanner Lawton and Derek Kennedy, as well as bottle/bucket calf superintendent Matt Christensen. The beef grid contest coordinator was Mike Holden. The 2015 Greene County Fair 4-H and FFA Beef Pen of 3 Show was held on Friday, July 10 at the Greene County Fairgrounds. A total of six exhibitors competed in the event, which was judged by Gene Doran of Ogden and Justin Jacobs of Coon Rapids. Doran judged the live production portion of the contest, while Jacobs evaluated the interview and recordkeeping component. The show was organized by Beef Pen of 3 superintendent Bob Allen. The beef grid contest coordinator was Mike Holden. Several volunteers assisted with the show, as well. More than 25 exhibitors competed in the event, which was judged by Megan Gogerty of Iowa Falls, Iowa. The shows were organized by horse superintendents Dawn Rudolph and Christen Davis. Three entries, seven total youth, participated in the Share the Fun Show

and two entries, three total youth, participated in working exhibits. Both events were judged by Gina Hartsook of Rockwell City. The contest was coordinated by communications superintendent Yvette Bardole. Fourteen exhibitors competed in the event, which was judged by Barb Sexton of Rockwell City. The show was organized by clothing superintendents Jane Finch and Julie Larson. Youth participants also showcased their projects in the 4-H Fashion Show held Friday, July 10, at the Greene County Fairgrounds.
