A photocopy of the test verifying eligibility, or copy of the USDF score verification, must be submitted with the entry for a freestyle class..

Class fees: Opportunity $40 Introductory through Fourth Level-$48 FEI and Freestyle-$58 Office fees: Mandatory per horse/rider combina on $50.00 per day/show (includes nightwatch). From I-10 take exit #350 Cecil Commerce Parkway, Turn west off the ramp go 3.6 miles and turn right on Normandy Blvd (state Road 228). Go 2.5 miles and JEC is on the right. 7. FOOD food concession on grounds. 8. VETERNARIAN AND FARRIER- names and numbers will posted on show grounds in office, stabling info board and in show program. 9. REFUNDS Full refund less office fee before closing date. A er closing date office stall fees & associa on fees, will be refunded if horse is withdrawn on a vet cert. or rider with a medical cer ficate before 1st day of the show. Class fees not refundable. 10. SHARPS DISPOSAL: Compe on management may fine any individuals including owners, exhibitors, trainers, or their agent up to $100 for improper disposal of needles or other sharp disposable instruments. Sharps disposals are available in the barn area. 11. Miscellaneous Rules: Dogs must be contained or leashed at all mes. No lunging in designated warm up areas. No parking allowed between barns. No smoking permi ed in barn area. 12. IMPORTANT: All entries shall be on the official entry form of the show. The entry form should be completed in every detail; otherwise, the record of wins may not be properly credited. The show management reserves the right to return any incomplete entry form. All entries must be accompanied by a complete payment. A fee of $50.00 will be added to any account due if any person gives a non-nego able check. Non-nego able checks will be turned over to USEF per Rule XV, Ar cle 1508.

Minors who do not have a valid driver s license which allows them to operate a motorized vehicle in the state in which they reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle of any kind including, but not limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, or farm utility vehicles on the competition grounds of recognized competitions. Minors who have a valid temporary license may operate the above described motorized vehicles as long as they are accompanied by an adult with a valid driver s license. Violations of this rule will be cause for sanctions against the parent(s), guardians), and/or trainer(s) who are responsible for the child committing the offense. Penalties may include the exclusion of the child, parent(s), guardian(s), and/ or trainer(s) from the competition grounds for the remainder of the competition and charges being filed against any above individuals in accordance with Rule 6. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule. 2018 Membership Statement Life, senior ac ve and junior ac ve members shall be eligible to par cipate in all classes at Regular Compe ons, Even ng Compe ons at the Preliminary Level or above and Combined Driving Compe ons at the Advanced Level, Dressage, Reining and Vaul ng Compe - ons and Endurance Rides. A nonmember may par cipate as a handler, rider, driver, owner, lessee, agent, coach or trainer at Regular Compe ons, Even ng Compe ons, Dressage Compe ons, Reining Compe ons and Combined Driving Compe ons upon payment of a $45 Show Pass fee. Par cipants in the following classes are exempted from the Requirements of this rule: 1) leadline; 2) exhibi ons; 3) games and races; 4) classes for 4-H members; 5) walk trot (excep on: Friesian performance FR222) and academy classes (academy classes are classes limited to horses used regularly in a lesson program); 6) USDF introductory level tests, pas de deux and quadrille classes; 7) NRHA Endorsed Reining Compe ons. 8) Opportunity classes, 9) ci zens of other na ons who have proof, in English, of current membership in good standing of their own Na onal Federa on, 10) USEA beginner novice division; and 11) assistant handlers in Dressage Sport Horse Breeding classes.
